In April 2022, People magazine released its annual Beautiful Issue — and on the cover was 76-year-old Helen Mirren. "I was absolutely sort of gobstruck, as we say in England. I never considered myself 'beautiful.' And [at] my age! So I was amazed," the Oscar winner told the mag. In honor of Helen's gorgeous cover , Wonderwall.com is taking a look at more of Hollywood's most beautiful ladies over 70… but let's start with Helen… Dame Helen Mirren, who was born in 1945, is only getting more amazing with age! The talented British beauty, who began acting back in the '60s, has won many of acting's biggest prizes including an Academy Award, four BAFTAs, three Golden Globes, four Primetime Emmys and a Tony. Some of her most lauded work includes roles in 2001's "Gosford Park," 2007's "The Queen" and 2009's "The Last Station." Aside from acting, Helen has also been a face of L'Oreal since 2014 — she signed the deal when she was 69! Helen — who previously dated Liam Neeson for years — has been with the same man, director Taylor Hackford, since 1986. They married in 1997.

Golden Globe- and Emmy-winning actress Jane Seymour is known for her starring role on the Western drama series "Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman" and has also appeared in films including "Live and Let Die," "East of Eden," "Onassis: The Richest Man in the World," "War and Remembrance," "Wedding Crashers" and "Just Getting Started." While she was most recently married to actor James Keach from 1993 to 2015, the British American actress, who was appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2000, is currently single.
Jane Fonda has been a force to be reckoned with in Hollywood for more than half a century since starting her career on the stage and transitioning to the big screen in the '60s with hits like 1962's "Period of Adjustment" and 1968's "Barbarella." Though Kane, who was born in 1937, announced her retirement in the '90s, she couldn't stay away from the spotlight for long. She went back to work in 2005 alongside Jennifer Lopez in "Monster-in-Law," followed that up with "Georgia Rule" in 2007 and then headed to Broadway where she picked up a Tony nomination for her work in "33 Variations." She's now ending her run on Netflix's hit series "Grace and Frankie" with another pretty lady over 70, Lily Tomlin. As for her love life? The beauty has been married three times: first for eight years to French film director Roger Vadim, with whom she shares daughter Vanessa; next for 17 years to activist Tom Hayden, with whom she shares biological son Troy and adopted daughter Mary Luana; and finally for 10 years to media mogul Ted Turner, whom she divorced in 2001. Jane and record producer Richard Perry ended their eight-year romance in 2017.
Believe it or not, Rita Moreno was born in 1931 (we know, she looks ah-mazing!). The Puerto Rican beauty first came to fame in the 1950s and '60s with critically acclaimed supporting roles in "The King and I" and "West Side Story" (for which she won an Oscar). She's also appeared on "The Electric Company" and "Oz." The EGOT winner more recently starred on the hit Netflix series "One Day at a Time." She also notably appeared in the 2021 Steven Spielberg remake of "West Side Story." Rita previously dated fellow acting legend Marlon Brando and married cardiologist Leonard Gordon in 1965. The couple welcomed one daughter and were together until Leonard's death in 2010. She has described her marriage as an unhappy one and told People magazine she'd rather "eat glass" than marry again.
Raquel Welch — who was born Born Jo Raquel Tejada in 1940 — was ranked No. 3 on Playboy's "100 Sexiest Stars of the Twentieth Century" list, so it's only fitting that she's on this list of the most beautiful ladies over 70! The lovely Latina became a household name with her small but iconic role in 1966's "One Million Years B.C." and went on to earn critical acclaim for her work in films like the '70s flick "The Three Musketeers" and 1987's "The Right to Die." She more recently appeared in 2017's "How to Be a Latin Lover." Raquel picked up the last name Welch from her first husband, high school sweetheart James Welch, and also had two children with him — son Damon and daughter Tahnee. She has married three other times over the years but told ELLE magazine that she has no plans to marry again after her fourth divorce.
Diana Ross, who was born in 1944, is aging flawlessly more than 50 years after we first met her. After starting out in one of the bestselling girl groups of all time, The Supremes, Diana launched an unbelievably successful solo career, releasing hits like "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," "Upside Down" and "I'm Coming Out."
