Former NRL star and media darling Beau Ryan has reportedly confessed to cheating on his wife of three years, Kara, with former Hi-5 member Lauren Brant.
Brant's devastated ex-fiance, Warren Riley, has spoken out about his heartbreak and described the moment he found out about her betrayal as 'a punch in the stomach'.
But the former children's entertainer appears unfazed by the cheating claims if her latest move is anything to go by, with the 26 year-old brunette stepping out for a casual beachside jog with her dog, Otis, smiling as she took in the sweeping ocean views on Monday after the news broke.

Dressed in a brief pink crop top and tight shorts, Lauren wore a broad grin as she hit the beach, splashing in the shallows with her canine friend and then sprinting up and down the sand.
She appeared to be at ease soaking up the sun and exercising in the picturesque location.
Hours earlier, Lauren also shared a photograph of her grinning self, in the same outfit, lying on the sand with her dog licking her face and taken on the Gold Coast's Miami Beach.

If Brant's latest Instagram post is anything to go by, she seems unfazed by the cheating claims
'Who said Monday's [sic] have to be dreaded?' she wrote with the hashtags sunshine, love, dogs, truth, happiness, puppy love and well-being.
The photograph appeared on her social media account the same day her ex-fiance Mr Riley, a Gold Coast personal trainer, told Woman's Day she had confessed to cheating on him with Ryan - who has become a beloved household name for his segment on The NRL Footy Show, Beau Knows.
Mr Riley was holidaying with Brant in New Zealand when he suspected something was amiss on the first night of their trip when she was behaving 'very differently' to her usual self.
The 27-year-old took it upon himself to get to the bottom of Brant's strange mood when he popped back to their hotel room from a nearby bar and looked through her phone.
On Brant's mobile, Mr Riley discovered a text exchange between the former Hi-5 member and her friend who asked her what was going on with Ryan.

When she was pushed, Brant admitted she had sex with married Ryan - twice when they starred together in Sydney's production of Aladdin And His Wondrous Lamp back in July.
Following news of the cheating claims, a Channel Nine spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia 'Beau and his family are on holiday spending much needed time together and we have no comment to make on their personal life'.
But the network's sources have told The Daily Telegraph Ryan has taken indefinite leave from his role on The NRL Footy Show.
'He has issues he is dealing with that are more important at the moment,' a source said.
When Ryan's manager, Wayne Beavis, was approached for a statement he said he had 'none whatsoever' on the matter. Neither did Brant's representative Ros Bellenger.
Mr Riley said he was devastated by Brant's confession and could not believe what he had discovered.

'It's kind of a punch in the stomach. I felt completely sick and didn't know what to do,' he told the weekly magazine.
When he confronted Brant about it after returning to the bar, Mr Riley said she revealed she had sex with Ryan twice in her hotel room at Sydney's Holiday Inn following rehearsals for their show.
Mr Riley said Brant insisted she was going to tell him after their New Zealand getaway and begged for forgiveness.
'She owned up to everything. She said she'd slept with him [Ryan] on two occasions in her hotel after rehearsals,' the personal trainer said.

According to Mr Riley, the 26-year-old said it all started when Brant kissed Ryan when they were mucking around during a photo-taking session in the rehearsal venue's stairwell.
'She said after they'd taken the photos they were still kind of staying pretty close to each other and then they started making out,' Mr Riley - who has since separated from Brant - said.
From that moment, their tryst escalated and the next week after having a few drinks Brant and Ryan went back to her hotel room.
Mr Riley also revealed Ryan did not want to confess the affair to his wife of three years, Kara, with whom he has a two-year-old daughter.
But a source told Woman's Day Ryan was 'apologetic' and 'extremely remorseful' after confessing to Kara, his manager Wayne Beavis and Channel Nine bosses, and will be on a brief hiatus from the network's The NRL Footy Show.
The couple have gone on holiday with his family to 'clear their heads' and work on 'rebuilding the trust' in the relationship.

Ryan started making regular appearances on The NRL Footy Show after he played for the Cronulla Sharks and the West Tigers, becoming a fan favourite with his lovable larrikin antics.
The cheating claims come as a shock following an interview he did last month where he gushed about Kara who he has been with for 10 years.
'We just love spending time together,' he told Daily Mail Australia about the mother of his child.
'Whether it's stripping or, for some reason she enjoys when I'm cooking for her, that's when she falls in love with me.'
The pair, who married in October 2012, and have a two-year-old daughter who was born in January 2013.
'She's the reason we do everything we do,' Ryan said.
'She's at that funny stage where she asks a lot of questions and has got her own sense of humour.'

Former NRL player-turned TV and radio star Beau Ryan, 34, is flying high when it comes to both his career and family life.
But in 2015, it was a different story with the father-of-two’s personal life in turmoil.
After Beau was accused of having an affair with Aladdin And His Wondrous Lamp co-star Lauren Brant, his marriage to wife Kara Ryan (nee Orrell) was on the brink of collapse.
Just over four years after they were in the eye of a media storm, the couple has turned things around and they are now stronger than ever – but their journey was anything but easy.
While Beau and Kara are stronger than ever, their relationship has gone through some tough times.
Nothing tears at the seams of an otherwise indestructible marriage quite like a cheating scandal.
And when Beau Ryan and Hi-5 star Lauren Brant’s sordid love affair was exposed in a Woman’s Day exclusive by Lauren’s scorned fiancé Warren Riley, heartbreak was inevitable.
Personal trainer Warren told Woman’s Day he discovered Lauren and Beau’s fling during what was supposed be a romantic holiday to New Zealand with his fiancée.
After noticing Lauren acting strangely, Warren checked her phone and was heartbroken at the text messages he found – the most gut-wrenching being several where Lauren admitted to friends she and Beau had been intimate.
Lauren Brant and Beau Ryan’s affair was exposed by Woman’s Day in 2015.
“The friend was asking her, ‘What’s up between you and Beau – you seem like you have a complicated relationship.’ The friend kept pressing her about it, and Lauren replied, ‘Well… him and I have slept together twice,'” Warren said.
“I didn’t believe what I was reading… I can’t actually describe the feeling,” he added.
“It’s kind of a punch in the stomach. I felt completely sick and didn’t know what to do. Everything you plan for life… it’s just shattering. It’s so out of character for her.”

After the news went public, Beau – who starred on the NRL Footy Show at the time – took an abrupt leave of absence and jetted off to Vietnam for what was described in media reports as a “make or break” holiday with Kara.
“Beau and his family are on holiday spending much needed time together and we have no comment to make on their personal life,” a Nine spokesperson said at the time.
When he returned to the Footy Show , Beau made an emotional apology but avoided mentioning both Kara and Lauren by name – or any details of the scandal.
Opening the show, Beau told viewers he wanted to “apologise to all of the people who have been hurt recently.”
He added: “It has been really hard for myself and my family.
“I want to thank everyone for their support … thank you to everyone who has been respectful of my privacy, I would love for people to continue to do that.”

Six months later, Kara and Beau put on a united front in a tell-all interview with Woman’s Day , insisting they were stronger than ever and opening up about the toll the scandal took on their family.
“It was like my whole world just fell apart. I was just really upset and embarrassed and all I could think about was my family. I just wanted to make sure they were all right,” Beau divulged.
Of course, Kara was having an even tougher time. She said she was shocked by the sudden interest in her private life.
“It was overwhelming. I was upset and confused,” Kara admitted, revealing that she chose to stay holed up at their family home, rather than face the public.
Despite her own anguish, Kara said she felt for her husband during these trying times, saying: “I was actually more worried for Beau, if I’m honest.”
At the time, the couple jetted off to Vietnam to fix their marriage.
It took some work for Beau and Kara’s relationship to get back on track and in June 2018, Beau spoke candidly about the rough patch that almost tore them apart.
Speaking on the Balls Deep podcast, Beau admitted to being “self-absorbed” during that period of his life and touched on how his relationship was almost left in tatters.
“In 2015, we had some stuff happen between us that I was super upset about and super ashamed about. I can’t hide from that,” he said.
“It’s always going to be there, but it can shape me to who I am now and learn from my mistakes.”

With the controversy now a distance memory, Kara and Beau are back to being a unified family.
They welcomed their second child in 2017, a son who they named Jesse. Jesse is a sibling to the couple’s six-year-old daughter Remi.
