Bought this for my son’s birthday and we happened to be in a mall where there was Apple store. He compared this one to the same product in the store and the sound quality was evident. The quality on the one purchased on Amazon was poor in comparison to the product in the Apple store. Would not recommend getting this product here.
Should have come with an audio cord!!!
I was actually excited to receive these headphones after using my wife's Solo3 Beats headphones. Her's was super loud and had really good bass. Upon receiving them from Amazon, I fully charged the headphones and tried them on. To my surprise, it lacked A LOT of volume and had almost NO bass. I was super confused. I tried my wife's headphones again and it was completely different. She got hers from the Apple Store. I honestly feel like this was a knock off. Really good packaging, but the actual item is a rip off. Never buying brand electronics from Amazon. Better off going to an actual store. Definitely returning them for false advertisement. It's shocking how different these headphones were from each other.

These headphones are amazing! The sound is great and clear, they get loud af, noise canceling when music is playing, basically noise canceling even when music isn’t playing. They are comfortable except after a few hours of constant use they start to hurt your ears but that is like any over ear headphones. The battery life also lasts soooo long, they are great headphones, I definitely recommend!

Sound is decent, though I agree with other reviewer that the bass is pretty poor and nothing spectacular. However the worst part is the design. The “noise cancellation” works by mashing the padding onto your ears. This achieves a more minimalist look, instead of surrounding the ears like other headphones. I wore them for an hour and was constantly shifting them due to discomfort. Eventually I got a headache. I really wanted to keep them because they look cool. But on a second attempt, my ears were red and swollen after 30 min. See photo. Going right back in the box.

Extremely comfortable
The only problem I found is my son uses the noise cancellation as an excuse not to listen to me, so he doesn't have to do anything. 😄😂
J'ai acheté cet article d'occasion avec la mention "acceptable". Il est arrivé dès le lendemain et en parfait état (comme neuf). Le seul défaut que j'ai trouvé était un coin à l'intérieur de la boîte qui était légèrement écrasé. J'adore ce produit, la suppression de bruit ambiant est impressionnante, la qualité du son est élevée et la batterie dure plusieurs heures avant d'avoir besoin d'être rechargée.

Quality and that I am happy with!
I was skeptical at first, never purchased electronic products that cost at much as the headphones did via online; but I have to say I’m very glad I did it. Delivery took a while understandable due to pandemic 2020.. Overall I’ve been using the product since I received and I’m so happy with it and the price was right too!
Bought these to replace an older pair I have had for a few years now. They sound great. I find they are not quiet as loud as my previous solos but the sound quality is the same. Verified they are authentic. Serial number on the right side can be registered with beats. All contents were included and box was sealed. Definitely legit!! Great purchase!!!

Solo3 does not feature Active Noise Cancelling (ANC). Solo Pro offers both ANC and Transparency mode in a similar design.
Can you plug them into a non-Bluetooth device with aux cord?
Solo3 can be connected to any standard non-Bluetooth audio source using a Beats RemoteTalk cable (sold separately).
Charge your Solo3 by plugging in the included micro-USB cable to the port on the bottom of the right ear cup.
Power Solo3 on or off by pressing the power button on the right ear cup for 1 second.
Solo3 features onboard controls built into the left ear cup. Use the ‘b’ button to control playback – one press to play or pause, two presses to skip forward, or three presses to skip backward. Using the volume rocker above and below the ‘b’ button to adjust the volume up or down.
Solo3 can provide up to 40 hours of playback from a full charge.
Solo3 features a built-in microphone for phone call and voice assistant use.
Solo3 is ready to pair right out of the box. For iOS devices, simply press the power button for 1 second, then hold near your unlocked device and follow the onscreen instructions. The latest version of iOS is required.
How do I pair with my Android device?
For Android devices, visit the Google Play store and download the Beats app for easy one-touch pairing. You can also use the Bluetooth menu in your device.
How do I pair with additional Bluetooth devices?
To put Solo3 back into pairing mode, hold the power button on the right ear cup for 3 seconds until the LED begins to blink. Then select Solo3 in the Bluetooth menu on your device.
How do I activate Siri or other voice assistants?
Hold down the ‘b’ button on the left ear cup to activate Siri or the default voice assistant on your device.
