A woman who claims that her 'boobs are ruining her life' has set up a crowdfunding page after being refused a breast reduction on the NHS .
Busty Laura Jack, who wears a size 38GG bra, is so self conscious that she has never let her fiancé Adam Noble see her undressed in all of their four and a half year relationship.
The 27-year-old, of North Shields, North Tyneside, suffers from severe back and posture problems and has even had to staple her work shirts together to stop her large assets from spilling out.
Medics have told her that because of her chest, she will be in a wheelchair in five years if measures are not taken.
However Laura, who stands at only 5ft tall, is not eligible for a breast reduction on the NHS because she is over the guideline BMI weight for North Tyneside of 26.
Laura, who weighs 14 stone six pounds and has a BMI of around 39, has trouble exercising because of the mobility problems caused by the size of her breasts.

'My boobs are ruining my life,' Laura said. 'Having a breast reduction would completely change my life - but at the moment it is like a living hell.
'I have tried everything to lose weight to get the operation on the NHS, but if I go running or swimming, or do any activities, I know people are staring and talking about me.
'The spinal pain I suffer from is unbelievable, which makes it hard to exercise. I have to take pain killers and do physio - but it doesn't work.
'I am left with gouges out of my shoulders where my bra has been unable to support me.

'I have to be so careful what I wear when I go out, because I know that people will be looking.
'It is getting in the way of my relationship with Adam - he is not allowed to see me naked at all.
'If I was taller it would not be so much of a problem, but because I am so short it effects me so much more.
'I feel like I am on show 24/7. It does make me angry that someone can get a breast enlargement on the NHS yet I can't have mine made smaller for health reasons. It's incredibly frustrating.'

Laura, who is 14 stone six pounds, explained that having such a voluptuous bosom comes at a cost, as she has to pay at least £50 for bras or £85 for swimsuit tops that will actually support her.
She has set up a Go Fund Me page in order to help her raise to pay for a private operation.
Laura, who started putting on weight in her early twenties because the size of her breasts was causing her back pain, added: 'Setting up a Go Fund Me page is not something I ever thought that I would have to do.
'I found it so degrading but it really is my last resort. 'I don't have the money to pay for the operation privately - it is £5,500.

'I just really want this done, and if I waited for the NHS operation I would be waiting a very long time.
'Out of curiosity, I weight each boob with my kitchen scales, and each one was two kilos - the same as a big bag of sugar.
'I just want to get on with my life.'
Palliative carer Adam, 28, said: 'It's heartbreaking because there is nothing that I can do to make this better.
In desperation, Laura has decided to crowdfund in the hope of raising more than £5,000 to have to have reduction surgery carried out privately
Laura is unable to lose the weight required for the surgery, because she is inhibited by her boobs
'She won't let me see her naked, I have to leave the room and shut my eyes, and then when I get into the bedroom it has to be dark and she will have the covers up to her chin.'
Dr John Matthews, clinical chair for NHS North Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group said: 'All NHS commissioners in the North East have adopted a policy for surgery and some do carry the criteria that restricts patients who have a high BMI.
'Where the criteria is in place, this is based on strong clinical evidence which demonstrates that some procedures carry higher risks for patients who are overweight and it could be clinically unsafe to carry out certain procedures.
'However each case is always considered on an individual basis.'

A mother who was raised a strict Mormon has enlarged her 54-inch breasts so much that she now struggles to do up her own shoes.
Allegra Cole, 47, swapped her career as a suburban piano teacher for glamour modelling, with her initial operations funded by strangers online.
Allegra, from Salt Lake City, Utah, styles herself on what she calls the 'extreme Jessica Rabbit look' and openly talks about her 'boob greed' and her desire to go even bigger.

Allegra grew up in a traditional Mormon household and was a musical prodigy, performing as a professionally trained pianist at a very young age.
Speaking of her upbringing, she said: 'I still believe in the core values of the church, their family values, but I couldn't live with some of the principles.'
She settled into a tranquil life as a mother and piano teacher, but in her 30s she decided to pose for some modelling shots - and quickly got hooked.
But while Allegra loved being the focus of attention, she felt self-conscious about the effect of motherhood on her 34C breasts.

'After you breastfeed children your breasts are not as cute as they once were,' she said.
'Being someone who cared about the aesthetic, I wanted them to be fuller and rounder and even have a little bit more.'
Allegra, a US size 6 (UK size 10), who now lives in Newport Beach, California, decided to go under the knife, enhancing her breasts to a 34DD.
Emboldened by her surgically enhanced chest, she began putting images for sale online - which helped pay for her second boob job a decade later.

She said: 'After my first enhancement, I didn't feel like it was enough for me, because bigger is better in my mind.
'I've actually got 'boob greed' - I see something that I love, that is clearly bigger than I am, and I think, "Oh, I am greedy for that." You know I just want it.
'The word 'greed' does have a kind of negative connotation but I did this for myself and the more that I did, the more that I wanted to do.

Her large bust is now predicted to weigh around 20lbs which can prove impractical
'I had women come out of the woodwork that I knew who said "I love the way you carry them. I would love to have bigger boobs but I worried about being slut shamed" or "I am worried about what my family will think".
'I want to be the 21st century poster woman for carrying big breasts and making them be classy and still not just be pigeonholed as maybe in the porn industry or as a stripper.'
The feedback that Allegra received from her second breast augmentation was so positive that it gave her the idea to go into glamour modelling full time.
Her third surgery was paid for by a benefactor that she met through the My Free Implants website.

Tissue expanders were installed which enable her to inflate her breasts via a port by injecting them with saline. Allegra's breasts can now weigh as much as 20lbs.
She said: 'They are usually used for breast cancer survivors and they put it under the muscle and expand the tissue after a woman has a mastectomy.
'The expander for me is used obviously for a different purpose. It is a 2000cc bag put under the muscle, which is accessed with a syringe.
'I do 60ccs at a time but I have done as much as 340 or 320 CCs on each side and I do that every two to four weeks but I have been at the size now for a couple of months.'

'I am nearly 50, and I'm still growing my breasts!' she said.
In total Allegra estimates she has spent around $75,000 (£57, 750) on surgery.
As well as her three breast augmentations, she has had a Brazilian butt lift, a tummy tuck, upper and lower silicon lip enhancements, Botox and fillers.
The 5'7' model makes close to six figures featuring in modelling shoots and selling shots of herself online.
And Allegra credits her breast inspirations as country singer Dolly Parton and actress and model Pamela Anderson.
Allegra has no idea what cup size she is - the last bra size she remembers was 38HHH, but 'that was more than 2,000ccs ago.'
'Also, one of the big reasons why I got a boob job is so I wouldn't have to wear a bra because I just don't like them!' she added.

Nevertheless she acknowledges that having such large breasts can make some daily tasks more challenging than normal - including doing up her own shoes or just walking through a doorway.
She said: 'Doing my own shoes is difficult, especially on this side, my boob is a bit lower due to a tear I had in January when I got a little overzealous with the fill.
'Getting through doorways or narrow spaces can be tough too. If I am not poking out in the front, I am poking out the back.
'But if the worse I can say is that having such big breasts has created a few hindrances in my life, I can definitely live with that.'
Allegra's cleavage also gets in the way of her practising her beloved piano, as she has to reach over them to play.
But while she is closing in on her 50th birthday, Allegra says she does not worry about how her breasts will look as she ages.
She said: 'I am kind of older now and I like what they look like.
'The beauty of having expanders is that as easy as it came in, it can come out the same way. So I am not too concerned.
'I'm 48 in May and if I am looking like this at 48 I am not really worried about the future.
'I can just picture I will be taking care of my great-grandkids and they will be like, 'Grandma what big bowling balls you have!'
During the recovery from the last surgery Allegra heard a bit of a pop due to over inflating them, but despite warnings from doctors, she plans to continue to 6,000ccs - all while still doing the school run.
And Allegra is now on a mission to prove that having giant breasts shouldn't have negative connotations.
She said: 'I am really enjoying the size I am at right now, but I definitely can see myself wanting to go bigger.
'I love the challenge of seeing how big I could go and still maintain some measure of class and sophistication.
'I am really traditional at heart, but I really just have this one aspect of my life that's incredibly extreme and so I think there's a lot other women out there who feel the same way I do.
'They are too afraid to may be have that extreme aesthetic. They feel like they have to choose one side or the other, like they can't be a good mom, homemaker or businesswoman and have the sexy look. I will change that.
'I believe you can and I would love more women
