Bazon App Privacy Policy

This Policy explains how the Bazon mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application", "we", "us", "our") handles user information. The short answer is that no data is collected, processed, or transmitted when using the App.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, please do not install or use the Application.

This Policy regulates only the processing of data within the framework of using the Bazon Application. Third-party services (app stores, etc.) operate according to their own rules.

technical/diagnostic data (device ID, IP address, event logs, crash logs);

usage data (screen events, session duration, interaction statistics);

There Are No data sources. The app does not receive data from you, automatically, or from third parties.

Not applicable. Since no data is collected or processed, there are no processing purposes.

Not applicable. Personal data is not processed.

7. Transfer to third parties

Not implemented. We do not share data with third parties, sell or "share" information within the meaning of data protection laws (including CCPA/CPRA).

9. Storage and timing

Not applicable. The application does not store user data on our servers or in the cloud.

Possible temporary data in the device's RAM is used only for the operation of the game process in the current session and does not contain any personal information.

We are designing the Application according to the principles of "privacy by design" and "data minimization". Since there is no data processing, privacy risks are minimized. We also take technical measures to ensure the integrity of the code and prevent unauthorized modifications to the Application.

11. Advertising, analytics, tracking

Cookies, pixels, beacons, and similar technologies are not used.

12. Children's audience

The application can be used by users of any age, as it does not collect data and does not include functions for interacting with other users. If your country's legislation sets special requirements for children's apps, the lack of data collection means compliance in terms of confidentiality.

We respect the rights granted by GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other data protection laws. However, since personal data is not being processed, you do not need to send requests for access/deletion/restriction — we simply do not have the data to provide or delete.

14. Interaction outside the app

If you contact us on your own initiative by e-mail or in any other way (for example, regarding support issues), such communication takes place outside the Application and is governed by the general rules of business correspondence and the policies of the relevant providers (mail services, etc.). We use such information solely for responding and delete it after the end of the dialogue. unless otherwise required by law.

15. Third-party platforms

Downloads and updates of the Application take place through app stores (for example, Google Play, Apple App Store). These platforms can process your data independently (accounts, payment details, ratings, and reviews) — see their own privacy policies. Our Application does not get access to them.

If features involving data processing become available in the Application, we will update this Policy in advance, specify the exact effective date, and, if necessary, request your consent before processing begins.
