If you are a fit and healthy 20 year old with no injury, mobility or disability issues then quite frankly you need to get off your arse and start looking after your personal hygiene yourself.
If you have an injury, mobility or disability issue that has caused you to need help to have a bath and get clean then no. There is no shame in that at all. Your mother gave birth to you naked and she has seen all those parts of a man before to get pregnant with you in the first place. So while it may feel weird as hell she is helping her son.
