He has no physical or mental challenges, is comfortable with his mom bathing him and he has always enjoyed the special time he has had with his mom when getting a bath.
When I was 13, I fell off my motorcycle and broke my right arm. My plaster cast went from my knuckles to my shoulder, so my right hand and arm were pretty much useless; plus, I couldn't get it wet.
Six weeks is a long time for a 13 year old boy to go without a bath, and it was about day 4 when my mom said that I had to get a bath, and because she was so busy, my older sister was going to have to help me. She was 16 at the time, and up till then, we never really did much together. In face, we never did anything together except live in the same house.
Anyway, the first bath was quite an ordeal - mostly for me; my sister just wanted to get it over with so she could get back on the phone to her friends. With the tub filled, she didn't miss a beat; she had my shirt off, pants unbuttoned and down before I had a moment to digest in my emerging adolesent mind what was happening. Then her fingers were inside the waistband of my Fruit of the Looms and down they went to my ankles. My young weiner flopping about right in front of her face as she helped me step out of them, and took off my socks with me partially leaning against the wall.
At 13, I was just beginning to get into puberty; had a few black hairs growing down there and my 'little guy' was getting to be, well, 'alittle bigger guy.
She gave any sign of anything at seeing her little brother naked. I on the other hand, wouldn't take my one good hand away for keeping myself covered as best I could. Once in and under the water I felt a tad bit better, as she help figure out the best way to deal with mu cast - resting it on the rim of the tub worked fine.
Shampooing my hair went as quickly as getting me undressed, then her soapy hands were moving from one area of my body to the next; then she got to my legs which I had squeezed tightly together, and she said, "I need to wash in here Bub, so spread your legs alittle, or you can just stand up and we can do it that way."
At the thought of standing up for her to wash my privates, I surely turned bright red, hung my head, and slowly relaxed my legs, and her soapy, slippery hands slipped down the insides of my hairless thighs, 'till they encountered my hand which was in a death grip around my genitals.
And then my older sister became human when she looked me in the eye with a gentle smile in her eyes that I never saw before, and said, "You must be feeling very embarrassed right now, but from what I have already seen, you have no reason to feel that way. You're my little brother, and I won't do anything to make you feel bad - promise. OK?"
She held her eyes on mine until I gingerly shook my head yes. Then her soapy hands slipped down the insides of my thighs again and when her hand reached mine, again, I moved it away for her to wash my weiner and balls. At the moment of her touch, I started to get an erection, and even though she took only a few seconds, it was fully hard by the time she was done. And even though I was far from being a 'man', my boner stuck out above the water's surface.
I hung my head in embarrassment, and she took my chin in her soapy hand and raised my head till she could see my eyes. "You are sooooooo cute. And you have nothing to be embarrassed about, and I am proud that you are my brother. And by the way, if you didn't get a stiffy like that, I would be really concerned about you. What I'm saying is, that you are so perfectly normal, and again, soooo cute."
My sister had never, ever spoken to me like that before. I always thought she hated me and thought I was ugly. It seemed OK now, although some embarrassment remained. That is also normal, and she told me so.
She helped me stand up and out of the tub, then dried me off completely; my 13 year old boner bouncing about through it all. Before we were done, we both actually had giggles about 'It'.
Baths continues every night for the next 6 weeks, and when the cast came off, my sister asked me if I could still use some help until my right arm got strong again, I said, "Absolutely".
She continued to help me with baths, well really, she continued giving me baths until she went off to college a couple of years latter. I would not trade those times with my sister for anything. She helped me through so many issues of insecurity associated with puberty and girls. I was my favorite part of growing up.

We have identical twin teenage boys, age 13. My wife and I still bathe them. We had tried to stop when they reached 10, but they insisted that we continue. We agreed to continue untile the boys become modest. One of us would get in the tub with the boys. That of course changed as the boys got older.
