Make enema play more enjoyable with the CleanStream Silicone Double Bulb Nozzle. Each bulb is controlled by its own pump, allowing you to vary the size of each as desired. Simply insert the first bulb into your anus and leave the second one out. Doing this will create a seal, ensuring that any fluid inserted will remain inside until you wish to let it out. The bardex style inflatable double bulb system is made of premium PVC. The nozzle is inserted along with the first balloon. Both balloons are then inflated, creating an internal feeling of fullness and an external seal. Once the Seal is created, liquid is filled inside via a bag system or the Cleanstream in line accelerator. The premium material is ultra soft yet firm and flexible, for comfortable and body safe use. Each bulb has an integrated release valve for quick deflation and easy removal. I have used - and enjoyed - genuine Bardex catheters for many years. They are high-quality products that you want to use in that area...but this Cleanstream Style Inflatable Double Bulb Enema System only pretends to be a Bardex. It is a "Bardex-style" copy...and a cheaply made one, at that. The tubes and bulbs are thin, cheap plastic; the inflator bulbs are cheap plastic with plastic valves; the enema tube is far too short to be practical; and the insertable portion is crooked and flimsy. This is nothing more than an expensive knock-off of a good product. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
Despite all the negative reviews this item has worked well now passing 20 sessions.
Pros: inexpensive, seems to be well constructed. Works well.
Cons: no instructions. inflation bulbs are cheap and in my case did not work right out the box but did eventually work, consider replacing. The internal balloon is long and needs to be inflated to a decent size to prevent loss of solution.
I wish there were more options on the market, despite this though the item works well. I found good instructions on the internet to replace what should have been in the box. I would give this another Star of the bulbs worked better and had come with instructions. Once inserted it's easy to lose track of which Bulb operates which balloon, I used a zip tie to identify the bulb so I wouldn't accidentally inflated or deflate the wrong one. If these were addresses, for me anyway, I would consider 5 Star.
Update: Inner balloon ruptured on first one though a thin spot I knew was there. It still lasted a long time. The new one I just received seems to have been given a thicker material for the balloons. Everything works correctly on this one. For the price I'm giving one more star.
Update: stars reduced from 5 to 3. Bought another one, both inflators were bad. Amazon replaced the with while new set and Thoes bulbs were bad. Seems to be there worst thing about this product. If you buy one better just buy good blood pressure cuff inflators.
So, this was my first venture into something quite like this. I'm well experienced with anal play, that's no trouble. Now, I'll start off by saying you won't find any comparable products on Amazon; at least, I haven't in the past year or so. If you're brave and committed, this will get the job done. However, the construction is a bit awkward. I agree with the general consensus, the pump bulbs are pretty bad quality, and the glue is crappy. I just removed the old ones and replaced them with better ones of different colors to differentiate the functions. Already, that's a star knocked off for having to modify the thing. Next, the material isn't very soft and there are noticeable imperfections in the manufacturing. That's okay, but one of my biggest complaints is the spacing of the insertable bulbs. There's a good inch or more between them, and that spacing doesn't really make sense to me. I would have designed it to be half that, or less. That's another star for awkwardness/difficulty to use. Other than that, this definitely takes the cake for being the only item you'll find on Amazon that you're looking for, maybe even in the nation. I've seen some genuine stuff on obscure/foreign sites, but I'm not that curious. Maybe shop around, maybe settle for this. Your call. I chose to settle, and I'm pleased enough.

The one thing is that I read reviews beforehand and ended up replacing the bulbs from the start with blood pressure bulbs that were better quality and sturdier.
The actual inflation parts work well after several uses. Easy to clean and easy to administer.
Just make sure you get the right tubing so everything fully seals and there's no risk of leaks. Just follow what tubing is recommended for this product on the box.

The description of the item stated that when the "seal is created" water can flow without leaking. I assumed that although the inner balloon inflates to a maximum diameter of 3 inches, a person could inflate it less to achieve a comfortable smaller size. But no. I found that in my case it leaked unless fully inflated. Well, 3 inches is too large for my comfort. Anything less allows leakage worse than regular nozzles due to the fact that the balloon is pleated, and until it is fully inflated, the pleats are like channels that allow water to leak. I'm disappointed. I invested a significant amount of money for something that doesn't work for me.
I am not sure why this nozzle leaks; but it does and nothing I have tried has worked. I have other nozzles like this design but made out of rubber or latex and never had a problem. I am hesitant to recommend or condemn this product; because I cannot determine why it does not work.
Would be better if pump bulb we’re metal screws shut not spring close plastic. Screws closed like a blood pressure cuff bulb pump should be an option. Clean Stream needs reconfigures inflation system. Resolved with company via email said they would replace. Replacement received and I will test. Same plastic valves and same trouble with one. Ordered different blood pressure bulbs. These were the devices which made this work and hold inflation.
This thing is crazy! 1st enema, and wow! I bought a 2 liter bag and wast sure how much would go in. I also bought the high-end pump and put it in line. Well I'll say not a drop came out! After I emptied the bag, I refilled it! My stomach was a little bloated, but by the time I finished the second I felt like a beach ball! Nothing came out until I let the air out of the inner better. A must try, worth the money.

A useless design. 1. I could not insert it. It is made of soft material, so it is floppy and impossible to insert. It should be stiff.... That alone made it impossible to use, But furthermore, 2. The bulbs fall in the toilet because the tubing is too short. 3. You can't tell which bulb pumps up which compartment. One should be longer, or a different color, or a different shape or size. 4. One compatment didn't hold air for more than 10 seconds.
