Who are we looking for?
🧑🏼💻 Balance Game Designer
🏠 This role is fully remote
💵 Salary starting from $5000, can be paid in fiat or crypto
✅ Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Game Designer
- Excellent knowledge of mathematics and the ability to use it
- Full proficiency in English and Russian
- Diverse gaming experience in mobile games
- Logical way of thinking and attention to details
As a plus:
- Coding experience (C#) or scripting (Lua)
- Released mobile games portfolio
- Knowledge of the Blockchain gaming industry
- Knowledge of the Cryptocurrency ecosystem
📃 Tasks:
- Create, test, and tune gameplay balance throughout the product life-cycle
- Create and maintain documentation based on our framework
- Propose new features to improve specific metrics
- Turn those features into documentation and tasks for developers
- Collaboratively identify and implement new ways to use content to keep the game fresh and interesting for players
- Provide feedback to other game designers on their projects, and seek feedback for your project
- Research new games and current gaming trends
