- Fill a large saucepan with salted water and bring it to a boil to cook the lasagna . Add the seed oil , it is used to prevent the lasagna from sticking together during cooking.
- Grease a rectangular pan large enough to hold your baked lasagna with butter . Put a light layer of Bolognese sauce on the bottom .
- Cook the lasagne necessary to make a layer al dente , drain them, put them in a basin full of cold water and drain them again. Arrange the lasagna in the pan, pour the meat sauce and the béchamel over it , and complete with a good sprinkling of grated Parmesan .
- Continue in this way by making other layers of lasagna / meat sauce / béchamel / parmesan until all the ingredients are used up, but try to finish with plenty of béchamel.
- At this point you can cook your lasagna immediately by placing it in the hot oven for about 45 minutes or in any case until a nice crunchy crust has formed on the surface.
- Remove the pan from the oven and let the lasagna rest for about ten minutes before serving.
