Baked lasagna, or lasagna with Bolognese sauce , is one of the best known and tastiest pasta dishes in Italian cuisine. The classic recipe for baked lasagna is easy to make and involves the use of homemade egg pasta , meat sauce, béchamel sauce and plenty of grated Parmesan. It is precisely the traditional recipe that you find below, but if you want something more delicious: continue reading to discover, in addition to the original recipe, also all the tastier variations of the dish.

INGREDIENTS

  • BOLOGNESE MEAT SAUCE to taste
  • BECHAMEL to taste
  • FRESH EGG PASTA LASAGNA 500 g
  • GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE 200 g
  • BUTTER a nut
  • SEED OIL 2 tbsp
  • SALT to taste

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees ventilated.
  2. Fill a large saucepan with salted water and bring it to a boil to cook the lasagna . Add the seed oil , it is used to prevent the lasagna from sticking together during cooking.
  3. Grease a rectangular pan large enough to hold your baked lasagna with butter . Put a light layer of Bolognese sauce on the bottom .
  4. Cook the lasagne necessary to make a layer al dente , drain them, put them in a basin full of cold water and drain them again. Arrange the lasagna in the pan, pour the meat sauce and the béchamel over it , and complete with a good sprinkling of grated Parmesan .
  5. Continue in this way by making other layers of lasagna / meat sauce / béchamel / parmesan until all the ingredients are used up, but try to finish with plenty of béchamel.
  6. At this point you can cook your lasagna immediately by placing it in the hot oven for about 45 minutes or in any case until a nice crunchy crust has formed on the surface.
  7. Remove the pan from the oven and let the lasagna rest for about ten minutes before serving.
