When you hear OFB say 'Nizz', they're referring to Tottenham .
Originally (from back in the day), the 'Nizz' has been slang for Peckham . Peckham's hood nickname is Vietnam, so it's known as Pecknarm or Pecknizzy (Narm or Nizzy/Nizz for short).
