Go to https://www.nostr.guru and enter your public key.

You will see something like this:

The first type of event that appears is the 0 which is your profile:

After this will appear the event type 3 which is your contact list:

Click on show content and here appears the list of the public keys of your contacts in order of aggregation:

Copy and save them.

And most importantly, exchange your dirty fiat for Bitcoin.
