This place was horrible! The air conditioner was off when we got there and it was hot, the place stunk and felt so dirty that we had to go buy Lysol to wipe and spray everything down. You know the kind that you are afraid to walk barefoot on the floors? The pool was dirty and the hot tub was dirty and broken. You can stand in the lobby and ding the bell for an hour but the hotel staff will not come and they will not answer the phone. The free breakfast was sad, it consisted of soft waffles and apples. There was coffee but no sugar or creamer. The only positive was that we didn't see any bugs.

I did not like the bed. My sleep was subpar due to the bed, not sure if it's an old bed, but the bed had a depression in the middle - not sure why, The bed squeaks a lot when in use. I took a walk to the back of the building and I could smell weed, had to hurriedly leave that section of the building. Even the ventilation inside the room was not one way, I had to open my windows, cause I could smell a hint of smoke not sure if it was cigarette smoke or something. I hurriedly checked out. This was one room not sure about the other rooms, it may be different, but this was my experience.

Bathtub was nasty, there were hairs on the bedding, and the air conditioning didn't work. And I don't know what was going on but something in the room had my children itching. We will not be staying here again. Also staff seemed to have an attitude when I wanted a different room.
The TV didn't work. The phone didn't work. The air conditioner was so bad we had to purchase a box fan from the Walmart next door. The shower faucet fixture was falling off. The toilet paper holder was falling off. Everything we put in the refrigerator froze solid. When we asked for extra towels we were told that they had none. When we complained the staff just gave a blank stare. We will NOT be returning!
Room Tip: Bring a fan in the summer, extra blankets in the winter, and extra towels.
The facility did everything possible to make our stay comfortable knowing that we were forced to evacuate. They were kind enough to amend pet policy and was quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the room.
