Traditional Thai Massage uses a combination of deep pressure, acupressure, passive yoga stretches and compression to restore balance to body, mind and spirit.
Swedish massage combines various hands-on techniques including: grabbing or rolling the muscles, effleurage or stroking, gliding strokes that use the entire hand surface, kneading, and cross-fiber friction to break up muscle knots.
Deep tissue massage is generally slower than Swedish; this technique goes deeper into the muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension which might have developed from injury or overuse.
Your safety is our top priority. We're cleaning and sanitizing every surface, before and between all clients, and if you prefer to use your own clothes or linens you can absolutely do so! If you have any questions at all about our protocols, please feel free to ask!

NO WALK-INS. Please understand that with the accommodations we are making for COVID, we can't currently accept walk-ins. We are at a lower staffing level than usual, and cleaning more stringently than usual, so we can't take short-notice bookings right now. Ideally, you would book 24 hours in advance. Thanks so much!
Even if you pre-pay, gratuity is appreciated. After your session, we can accept cash or credit card tips.

It is amazing what happens to your body when you take care of it regularly, getting adjustments and keeping your body in alignment. As someone who also gets adjusted regularly by John, you need to have full trust in letting him adjust your body, but when you do it is amazing the results.
