Our innovative app allows to manage multiple eSiMs within a single account - allowing users to effortlessly juggle several plans and share connectivity. ✨ About the Role We are expanding our support team and looking for a specialist who can comfortably work in the UTC+3 time zone (main shift: 18:00 – 06:00). This role is ideal for candidates living in time zones where these hours correspond to their morning and early afternoon or evening hours. 📝 Responsibilities Full-time, 100% Remote. Main shift 18:00 – 06:00 UTC+3, 2-on/2-off schedule Temporary partial coverage of late evening/night hours (UTC+3) may be required during team vacation periods (this will still fall within your local daytime or evening hours). Text-only support via chat (Intercom), with no phone calls. Handling first-line customer inquiries and communication. Utilizing the internal admin panel to service and resolve customer requests. Troubleshooting and resolving escalated first-line cases. Maintaining internal documentation and contributing to process improvement 📩Requirements Fluency in both Russian and English (written proficiency is a must). High sense of responsibility, strong attention to detail, and advanced PC user skills.
