Job Description:

Superduper is seeking a talented and product-minded Backend Engineer to join

our remote team. In this role, you will design and maintain scalable, secure, and

high-performance backend systems that support our mission of driving web3

adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Design, implement, and optimize backend services

and APIs with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.

• Database Management: Develop and manage robust database systems, with

a strong emphasis on SQL and PostgreSQL.

• Collaboration: Work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and

other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and improvements.

• Web3 Integration: Leverage your understanding of web3 concepts to build

backend systems that support blockchain-based applications.

• Security: Implement and maintain security best practices to protect our

systems and user data.

• Testing: Conduct unit and load testing to ensure the reliability and scalability

of backend systems.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest backend technologies

and trends, and proactively suggest improvements to our tech stack and

processes.

Requirements:

• Experience: At least 4 years as a Backend Engineer.
• Technologies: Proficiency with Node.js, Nest.js (or Express.js), and

PostgreSQL. Deep understanding of SQL is essential.

• Web3 Knowledge: Familiarity with blockchain technology and the web3

ecosystem is highly desirable.

• Event-Driven Architecture: Experience in building event-driven architecture

applications is a plus.

• Web Security: Strong understanding of web security principles and best

practices.

• Testing: Experience with unit and load testing tools and methodologies.
• Product-Driven: A strong product mindset, focused on delivering value to

users.

• English Proficiency: Minimum B1+ level in English to effectively communicate

with an English-speaking team.

• Remote Work: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work

effectively in a remote environmen.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other web3 technologies or frameworks.
• Personal or pet projects showcasing your backend development skills.
