Backend Engineer

Location: Remote (United Kingdom Based Company)

Experience: 3+ years in backend development and/or data engineering.

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Back-End Developer to join our remote team. You will help build API integrations, data pipelines, and APIs.

Our team works in close communication with each other and product managers - any idea can be discussed quickly, and you will never be left alone with your problems. The team will always support and help each other.

If you want to switch to other tasks or try yourself in something new, then there are always tasks in the backlog related to various projects.

We are considering a part-time remote developer, and are ready to discuss full-time in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain APIs
• Integrate third-party APIs
• Build web applications with admin pages
• Work closely with the projects team
• Build and manage data pipelines
• High performance and responsiveness
• Troubleshoot and debug applications

Requirements:

• 2+ years of working experience in backend development
• Python, Django or Flask or Fast API, AWS Deployment
• Django DRF, nginx
• Integrating with 3rd party services
• Knowledge of databases - PostgreSQL
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with API development and integration
• Familiarity with data pipeline tools (Lambda)
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to write PEP-8 compliant code
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Advanced level English
• Git experience
