Backend Developer C#

Our company is developing a truly distributed cloud platform. The platform has been designed to be used by both individuals and enterprises and will be a fully open source. The platform software stack consists of the following layers: Neo blockchain, digital identity, distributed storage, serverless cloud computing, transactional database.

Our core project is distributed decentralized object storage NeoFS that allows users to transfer and share data without reliance on a third-party storage provider. NeoFS beta-version will be released and piloted in a public network and also at several companies-partners in July 2020.

We are looking for an experienced backend software developer to implement the NeoFS protocol in C# in accordance with the reference Golang implementation.

Responsibilities:

  C# NeoFS API lib implementation

  Maintaining and evolving C# NeoFS implementation based on the reference Golang version in collaboration with Neo Global Development team in Shanghai

  Working with the global open source community on new features

Skills & Requirements:

  Knowledge of C#, Golang is a big plus

  Understanding of network protocols

  Experience of working with distributed/decentralized networks is a big plus

  2+ years of experience as a back-end developer

  Good level of technical English

  A scientific degree in Computer Science

  Nice to have:

  Records of commitment to open source

  Ability to work with technical documentation in English
