BH24. CRM system

Introduction

CRM system is a device database that is assigned to a specific organization. Allows you to quickly search or filter devices to obtain information:

• SN
• ICCID
• configuration
• fuel type
• make, model of vehicle
• year of manufacture of the vehicle
• installation location
• activation date
• and other parameters

Authorization

To get started, authorization using a login and password is required. Initially, the login and password are issued to the organization when logging into the system; then the user of the organization can create other accounts (manager, installer, etc.).

Devices

After successful authorization, the «Devices» tab will open with a data table.

By clicking on the gear icon, detailed information about each device is available.

There is also a «Table settings» button that allows you to select the data to display.

Organisation accounts

This tab allows you to create, edit and display information about organisation accounts: login, name, contact details and other information.

The login and password issued to the user after creating an account are suitable for authorization as in mobile application, and in CRM system.

User access can be limited by changing his status.
