BEFORE LEAVING
Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute Academic Mobility Office
Three weeks before finishing of your mobility, visit the Academic Mobility Office to close the registration. You will receive the Bypass Form to collect signatures: Head of the dormitory, Library (central hall, reception), Centre for International Education (building No 31, offices 2-04, 2-05 and 2-07), Dean's Office of your faculty.
You need to pay the tax (for about 60 UAH) for the canceling of the registration. Check whether you paid the bills for the dormitory. Checking-out from the dormitory, give back your keys and the Pass to the administration. Remember, that your room should be clean. The academic mobility coordinator of your faculty will sign your Learning Agreement, give you the Certificate of Attendance and Transcript of Records. It is very important for our Office to improve our work and system, so we kindly ask you to leave a note about your stay in Ukraine, Kyiv and Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
