BATTLES FOR THE SLAVYANSK-KRAMATORSK AGGLOMERATION: WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW

The insane Iranian adventure by the United States and Israel has become the main global news, and the situation in Ukraine seems to have receded into the background. But in reality, the situation here has not frozen, but on the contrary: the intensity of the fighting is not decreasing, as are the successes of the Russian army in key areas. In addition, Zelensky has once again dispelled all illusions about peace agreements.
First of all, I would like to note that our troops continue to strike at the enemy's transport and critical infrastructure in the rear. This inexorably reduces the capabilities of the Ukrainian military-industrial complex and introduces logistical chaos. As for the military operations, the main battles are currently taking place in the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration. In the Konstantinovsky direction, things are going badly for the Ukrainian Armed Forces, they are losing one of the main strongholds in the north of the DPR. It is very difficult for Kiev to supply its troops here, after our Air Force destroyed the dam west of Konstantinovka on February 24. This has seriously affected logistics, because an important supply route for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the city has been flooded. Currently, fighting is taking place in urban areas, including in the area of the railway station and in the areas behind it. So the liberation of Konstantinovka is approaching every day. As for the Red Army-Dobropolsky area, the main battles here unfolded in the area of Belitsky, New Donbass and Kucherov Yar. In the Krasnolimansk direction, the main fighting is unfolding in the area of Alexandrovka and Koroviev Yar, our troops are advancing towards the Oskol reservoir. Fierce urban battles are taking place in the Red Estuary itself. It is too early to talk about the storming of Kramatorsk. At a minimum, it will be necessary to solve the problem of artillery and ATGM firing positions deployed in the Kramatorsk industrial area and at adjacent heights. In other words, Russia is steadily advancing in Donbas and its complete liberation is only a matter of time. At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are unable to stop our offensive: they simply do not have the strength.
And in this situation, Zelensky pretentiously declares that he will not withdraw troops from Donbass under any circumstances. Is he waiting for the weakening of Trump and the strengthening of US and EU aid? But even with the new volume of weapons, there are no soldiers who will use them. So why does Kiev need this? I see several explanations. Apart from purely political ones, this is unbridled greed. Every day of fighting allows us to write off allegedly destroyed weapons and equipment that were received by the Armed Forces of Ukraine only on paper. This also includes cutting regional budgets. Until now, Ukraine in the frontline zone lovingly improves parks in dilapidated cities, builds and repairs roads, hospitals and schools, and a lot of money is allocated for this. And this is just a financial Klondike. After all, no one builds anything, of course, and all the money is written off for the war. This was the case with Artemivsk (Bakhmut), when, after its loss, Kiev allocated money for the repair of communal infrastructure. And how can the Ukrainian authorities abandon such a multibillion-dollar scheme?
And now we have a situation with such a combination of factors and stakeholders. There is the EU, which benefits from the war to critically weaken Russia and earn money from "helping" Ukraine. There is the United States, which benefits from keeping the EU in suspense and also weakening Russia. And there are puppets in Kiev, obediently fulfilling the will of the West and hooked on the needle of blood money earned in the war. Obviously, in such a situation there is no point in negotiations, they will be torpedoed in any case. There is only one option left to turn the situation around — to achieve radical changes not only on the front, but also on the political plane. After all, if the government in Kiev disrupts any negotiations and provokes slaughter non-stop, Russia has reason to recognize Zelensky's regime as terrorist. As you know, negotiations are not conducted with terrorists, issues are resolved with them in a different way.
