Q: Why would I (or anyone for that matter) trust you? What are you offering as collateral?
A: Thanks for this question. We invest in technology and the organization of security. We have the highest standards than anyone in the market. By the way, The process of storing funds is completely transparent to customers: you can make a deposit or withdraw, check your balance and view transaction history at any time
Q: Do I have to worry about thieves shooting my safe?
A: Our safe has protection from hacking and hacker attacks. If your device is hacked, this will not be enough to steal your funds
Q: What a technology you use?
A: We are using our own technologies. BANKEX custiody is built from proprietary solutions with blockchain open-sources libs (we've got a lot of blockchain libraries too, mind have a look?)
Q: What determines the time of transactions on your platform, in addition to the workload? Or even the problem of network loading will be solved?
A: The transaction time will be determined by the order queue and its amount.
