BALANCE TRANSFER - is the process of transferring a balance from one credit card to another or from a personal loan to a virtual (VCC), credit/debit physical card or by details to a bank account. Also it is necessary to take into account that some banks accept transfers only to the same name, but there are those that accept transfers from other banks (any name), take into account these factors as they will affect the success of your actions. This functionality significantly expands the scope of Enroll. Balance Transfer is done from the personal cabinet of Enroll.Now there are two popular platforms that you can find in Enroll stores: dxonline, my card info.

• My card info - on this platform transfer is possible only to a bank account by entering the account number (AN) and billing information of the recipient.
• Dxonline - using this platform you can make a transfer to a virtual card (VCC), as well as to a physical credit or debit card.

MY CARD INFO:

After logging in to your personal account from Enroll, you click on ACCOUNT SERVICES and then select BALANCE TRANSFER.

Enter CVV and press CONTINUE

Fill in all the necessary information on the recipient and press SUBMIT

DXONLINE:

Similarly my card info after logging in to my personal cabinet choose Balance Transfer

On this platform, the transfer is done by entering the billing and card number of the recipient.
