Senior projects pacific university (Washington) good morning so Steve and I got this great bread maker for our wedding and I was trying it out yesterday for the first time and I made a loaf of bread and today I thought I would try it out with a bagel recipe that I've been looking at so I thought I would film it and I will just see how it works out I've heard it's kind of hard to make bagels so I don't know how it will go but I'm gonna give it a try and try to make a recipe video for y'all so let's go ahead and get started to make the dough all you will need is some bread flour sugar salt yeast and you will need some lukewarm water all right the first thing I'm putting in is 1 cup of warm water next I'm going to add 3 cups of bread flour next I'm going to add 2 tablespoons of white sugar then one and a half teaspoons of salt and then two and a quarter teaspoons of active active dry yeast which i think is just one packet yeah so one package of this all right I'm gonna put this in my bread maker on the dough setting you Hunter College. https://PaperHelp.space
