L3 Support engineer is responsible for solving issues required in deep analysis of client infrastructure and proposal for changing configuration according to best practices


We are considering candidates outside the Russian Federation, Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus!


Typical tasks:

1. Investigation of issues in customer environment

2. Proposal of remediation steps and best practices

3. Consultation about technical question

4. Hands on participation in problem resolution on customer side

5. Communication with customer


Expectations:

• We expects level of AZ-104 certified Azure Administrator and basic troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with Azure Cloud:

- Troubleshooting cloud issues - Azure Monitor Log, Network watcher, VM/SQL insight

- Network – Routing/Peering, NSG, VPN GW, Load Balancers, AppGW, Private/Service Endpoints, DNS, 

- Storage - Azure Files, Azure BLOB, Azure Managed Disks, 

- Compute - VM/VMSS, App services, AVD

- Security – RBAC, Entra ID, MFA, Conditional access, hybrid identity, Defender for Cloud, Azure policies, Key Vaults

- Management tools – Azure PowerShell / Azure CLI, ARM principles, Cost management, Azure Backups


Nice to have:

• KQL/Graph

• Git

• Phyton

• ARM templates

• Azure Site Recovery

• Azure DevOps pipelines

• Azure Update Management

• Azure Automation account

• Azure Databases

• Network – WAF, Virtual WAN, Express Route, Traffic Manager, Front Door

• Security - O365, Intune administration

• Fluent English B2-C1
