Traditional Indian medicine, Ayurveda, literally means the science of life. A holistic science which deals with physical, mental, social and spiritual aspects of life. Balance of those aspects means health itself.
Ayurveda as a medical science and beyond, is a user’s manual to bring clarity for body & mind that will help to understand entire universe as we are made of same materials. It also is a preventative care to protect metabolism in different conditions, inter seasons, stress, low immunity, pandemics... with daily and seasonal routines.

THERAPIES
Marma Abhyanga Massage
Abhyanga means fearless in Sanskrit language. It is the massage technique that has been used in different types of treatments in Ayurveda.
Marma points are acupressure points, located on Strota, body channels. Mainly where the connective tissues and articulations bound together and other specific parts of the body.
Prana, life-giving force, is stimulated with acupressure on Marmas and it is distributed to the entire body with nourishing medicated oils of Abhyanga.
60 or 90 minutes session is optional.


Reflexology
Reflexology is a science based on the meridian theory which is the principle that the entire body is reflected or mirrored to the specific zones of palms and feet through meridians that allow the circulation of the life force.
Reflexology is an acupressure technique that applied especially to the mirror zones on the sole of the feet. It enhances the body to heal itself according to zone therapy.
The session takes 60 minutes and then consultation is given after reading the feet about general well being.


Facial Therapy
It is applied for different types of the skin depending on the aggravation of the dosha.
- Wrinkles
- Dry skin
- Pimples, acne, rashes
- Oily skin
- Facial paralysis
The session begins with face & head massage, steam bath on needs, herbal mask application, wash out and application of ointment or fresh herbs according to personal condition.


Nasyam
Nasya is a Sanskrit word which means "related to nose".
Nasyam is nasal therapy method, a limb of Panchakarma treatment for nourishment or cleansing of the neck and above in Ayurvedic medicine. It has two types:
Snehan Nasyam is done for nourishment. Sneha means oil or love in Sanskrit. It gives deep nourishment for nostrils, face, eyes, neck and head.
It is efficient in Vata dosha aggravation:
- Nervousness, anxiety, fear, stress
- Insomnia
- Hair fall
- Dark circled eyes
- Wrinkles
- Burn out syndrome
- Weakness and also for prevention of those imbalanced states and general wellness.
Shodan Nasyam is done for detox or cleansing. Used in mucus disorders, sinusitis, rhinitis, nasal polyps, depression, bad smell from the mouth.
Therapy session includes face & head massage, steam bath on face and medicated drops into the nostrils.

Netradhara
Stream of the herbal liquid on the eyes.
In this day and time, eyes are getting tired due to looking screens many hours in a day. It is important to take care the eye's health everyday as prevention not to have complications in a certain period of time.
There are different kinds of therapy for different issues:
- Conjunctivitis, inflammation of the eye
- Pus, much eye gunk
- Infections
- Eye flu
- Stye
- Glaucoma: blocked eye channels to take fluids out and prevention of it
- Allergic conjunctivitis
- Redness, tiredness, dryness
Orçun's Bio
He has began his journey on healing with Reflexology in 2006.
And then he started to search for a medical science base to know more about health and diseases.
He attended Banaras Hindu University, Performing Arts Faculty to learn Indian Classical Music with Bansuri between 2010-2013 in India.
While studying music and its healing properties that helped him to meet with Ayurveda. And he has began Advanced Practitioner Course in Ayuskama Ayurveda Institute with Dr Arun Sharma in Dharamshala, India, in 2013.
After certain level of training, he worked as Dr Sharma’s assistant in clinic and institute for treatments and trainings.
He taught introduction to Ayurveda, history and philosophy of Yoga, therapy methods in schools, health centres and workshops.
Actively he does massage sessions since 14 years and he works with Ayurveda as a consultant and therapist since 8 years...
