I am currently doing research on scaling a design team. Has anyone has personal experience in creating a design team org structure within an company org? I would be interested to hear what you structure you tried and the following:
How did it affect your teams work and impact to the business?
I have a lot of work to do before Christmas and I'm struggling to get more than 3 hours of work done a day, and I'm also struggling to work more than 4 days a week. I know I can do what needs to be done if I put more time in, but I get distracted and end up reading about stuff that is not important. General tips are welcome...
I was also specifically looking for an app where you can make subtasks, subsubtasks, subsubsubtasks, etc. Most things I've looked at can only have subtasks, but I want something like this (please forgive mspaint mockup). I would also love if it has the option to highlight the current task you're working on, so you don't forget what you're working on and get lost doing random shit.
Personally I think no apps or tools will help at the moment. From what it sounds like you got some focus issues and possibly not really passionate at with what you are doing. Probably see a therapist as someone else said. But for general productivity here are my suggestions
Plan one thing you need to complete that day. (The biggest / Hardest Task) If you complete this everything else is easy.
Work in SPRINTS 1hr - 90 minutes then take a break.
Put all distractions away (Phone Lock it away during these SPRINTs).
If you are willing to try meditating works.
I think if this works for you can then move to the sectioning your day to focus times.

Previously Avgle videos could be downloaded on PC using โ Stream Recorder โ, but as of April 2021, it doesnโt work well on Avgle.
On the other hand, Avgle videos can still be downloaded on Android Phones & Tablets using an app โLj Video Downloaderโ.
This article shows you how to download Avgle videos on your PC using Lj Video Downloader.
In addition to Lj Video Downloader, you need to use a software โBlueStacksโ, which allows you to use Android apps on your PC.
(If you want to save Avgle on your Android phone instead of PC, you only need to follow the second step. Please click here .)
First, go to BlueStacks and click on โ Download BlueStacks 4 โ.
Open the downloaded file named โ BlueStacksInstaller~.exe โ.
After a few minutes, installation will be completed. BlueStacks will launch and youโll be asked to sign in to Google Play. Click on โ Sign in โ to sign in to Google Play.
Now you can use Android apps on your computer through BlueStacks.
Next, install Lj Video Downloader in BlueStacks.
Go to โ My games โ and select โ Google Play โ.
Search for โ Lj Video Downloader โ in a search box.
Once you have installed Lj Video Downloader on Google Play, open the app.
โ Allow โ access to files on the device.
There is a brief description of how to use Lj VideoDownloader. You can watch it, and you can also skip it at the bottom left.
Make sure โ Webpage URL โ is selected and paste the URL of the Avgle page you want to download below it.
After pasting the URL, click on โ Open page & Extract video โ.
The Avgle page you pasted will open. Close the ad and play the video.
The video will be detected. If the Video name and Duration are correct, click on the gray area below. (the area โ1.Unknownโ) If the video is not detected, refresh the page and play the video again, or close the application and try again.
You may see an ad. Close it and wait for a while to complete the download. After completing, click on the downloaded file to play the video.
Now you can save Avgle videos using Lj Video Downloader.
Finally, I will explain how to copy the saved videos from BlueStacks to PC.
From the BlueStacks Home, click on โ My games โ -> โ System apps โ.
The file you have just downloaded is displayed.
Click on โ Export to Windows โ in the lower left corner.
Select the file and click on โ Export to Windows โ at the top.
Select a location on your PC to save the file and enter a file name. The name of the video is already entered in the file name, but Japanese or Chinese language will be garbled, so you will need to reenter it.
After entering the file name, click on โ Save โ.
The message โ Cannot copy files โ appeared in the lower right corner. The file copy failed.
Iโm not sure why it fails, but itโs successfully copied to another location.
Click on the โ View โ tab and check the โ Hidden items โ checkbox.
A folder named โ ProgramData โ appears.
Select โ ProgramaData โ -> โ BlueStacks โ -> โ Engine โ -> โ UserData โ -> โ SharedFolder โ.
๏ผPath = C:\ProgramData\BlueStacks\Engine\UserData\SharedFolder๏ผ
In the SharedFolder , you will find the file that you just failed to copy. Right-click and select โ Cut โ, then โ Paste โ to the location on your PC where you want to move it.
Now you can move Avgle videos from BlueStacks to PC.
This method is available as of now (April 2021).
