INVITATION OF AUDIT FIRMS

Innovative Humanitarian solutions (IHS) has been registered with Ethiopian Charity agency with certificate bearing No3075 in june 25, 2013 as a local NGO. HIS is currently providing support and relief items to shimelba and Endabaguna transit.center at Shire zone Tigrai region.

IHS would like to appoint and Authorized and Certified Audit firm to undertake the Audit of its books of Accounts of the budget year 2019.

IHS also would like to call Audit firm preferably classified as grade A. Therefore, qualified audit firms are required to submit the following documents.

Profile of the firm
Qualification and Experience of the audit team.
Renewed trade license of the current year
Chartered Certified Accountants Certificate
Annual audit fee including VAT
Certificate of compliance from the office of the Federal Audit General
VAT and TIN registration certificate
The auditor has expected to produce an Audit report and ICM.

The financial and technical proposals shall be submitted separately in a sealed envelope.

Interested Audit firms should submit separately in a sealed envelope.

Interested Audit firms should submit their expression of interest in a sealed envelope in person to IHS coordinating office within 5 (five)working days after this announcement is made or send the documents to the following addresses.
