Call to host your next event at Audi Field
Beginning in August, at Audi Field, all attendees will be required to wear a mask when located in an indoor space unless consuming food or beverage while seated. These include but are not limited to, restrooms, Audi Field Club Shop, indoor Premium Entrance/Spaces, elevators, and stairwells.
Fully vaccinated guests (age 3 or older) – meaning two weeks after the second dose in a two-dose series, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine – will not be required to wear a mask while entering the stadium at any outdoor entry point, or while seated in an outdoor seating location. Unvaccinated guests continue to be required to wear a mask at all times, unless actively eating or drinking in their seat.
Audi Field encourages all fans to continue to follow the recommendations provided by the CDC and DC Health in relation to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Vaccination information, including how and where to receive the vaccination, for fans living in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia can be found here: www.dcunited.com/vaccine .

– Please follow directions from stadium staff to ensure a safe matchday for both you and those around you.
– Hand sanitizing stations will be located throughout the venue, including inside of all entry gates, restrooms, suites, and other high traffic areas.
– Signage has been added around the stadium to remind our guests of stadium policies and to help navigate the stadium.
– Mobile order functionality will be present throughout Audi Field. Fans are encouraged to use their mobile device to scan QR codes from their seat and at vending locations to view menu offerings and purchase ahead of time for in-seat delivery or pick-up.
– Concessions will be available throughout the stadium, allowing fans to access stands a variety of options near their seat.
– Cashless transactions will be provided and encouraged throughout the venue to minimize contact during the purchase process (there will be one ATM on-site to exchange cash for credit, located in the concourse near the Premium Entrance directly behind section F1).
To expedite entry into Audi Field, we strongly encourage fans not to bring bags to the stadium. Designated lanes will be set up for fans with bags and fans without bags. If you must bring a bag to the stadium, please see the important information below.
– No bags larger than 14” by 14” by 6” will be allowed into Audi Field.
– No backpacks will be allowed (“cinch bags” that fit the size restriction will be allowed).
– Other bag types that will NOT be allowed at Audi Field include: coolers, luggage, large purses, or other similar bags that exceed the size restriction.
Audi Field has partnered with Binbox to make storing your bag simple and easy. Unapproved bags that are brought to Audi Field may be stored in a Binbox locker, located conveniently outside of the stadium, near gates A & B.

Audi Field is located at 100 Potomac Ave. SW, Washington D.C. 20024 and is accessible via Metro, Bike, Car, and Riverboat. Below is a guide on how to reach Audi Field via any one of these modes of transportation.
Audi Field can be accessed via the Navy Yard Metrorail station on the Green Line. If you choose to use the Waterfront station, Audi Field asks that any arriving fans be good neighbors and be mindful of noise when walking on residential streets.
You can get to Audi Field from both the Navy Yard-Ballpark and Waterfront Metrorail Stations. Signs will be available to direct you. Navy Yard Station has more capacity, more sidewalk space, and plenty of restaurants along the walk to the stadium. If you choose to use Waterfront Station, be mindful of noise when walking near the residential neighborhoods. Navy Yard Station is one stop on the Green Line from the Anacostia Metrorail Station. Parking is available at the Anacostia Metrorail Station. If you are walking from a parking garage/lot in the area, you should use the recommended routes for transit riders.
Plan your route ahead of time. Try to avoid:
Driving through residential neighborhoods near Audi Field. They are narrow and you will not find parking
Driving through the busy intersection of South Capitol Street and M Street
From Virginia : Recommend using I-295/South Capitol Street Bridge instead of I-395/14th Street Bridge
From 14th Street Bridge : Use Maine Avenue exit for parking west of South Capitol Street or 6th Street SE/Nationals Park exit for parking east of South Capitol Street
From Downtown : Explore options like 4th Street SW, 4th Street SE, and New Jersey Avenue that cross I-395/I-695
From Maryland : Explore routes using the 11th Street Bridges and South Capitol Street Bridge
Consider parking at the Anacostia Metrorail Station and either: Walk over the South Capitol Street Bridge or take the Metro one stop to the Navy Yard-Ballpark Station

The Audi Field Bike Valet, powered by Lime, will be free to any fans who wish to store their bike during the match. The valet is at the southwest corner of the stadium at the intersection of 2nd and T St. The valet opens when gates open and will remain open at least one hour after the end of a match. Audi Field will also feature several docks for Lime bikes and e-scooters, along with several bike rack locations on the grounds.
A Capitol Bikeshare corral and general bicycle racks are also available around Audi Field.
The Potomac Riverboat Company will be running boat service to and from Audi Field on match days launching from Alexandria Marina and National Harbor to the Nationals Park dock. Tickets cost $20 one-way and $25 roundtrip.

Due to the high volume of traffic in the immediate area around Audi Field on game days, fans arriving via Rideshare will be directed to arrive near Nationals Park before a match. Following a match, fans will need to head back toward Nationals Park before hailing a ride on their app.
To get to the Rideshare Pickup Zone on Potomac Avenue, exit via Gate A and head right on Potomac Avenue towards Nationals Park.
No pick-ups are allowed on South Capitol Street.
– All gates will open 1.5 hours prior to scheduled kickoff.
– Please follow verbal instructions from our security personnel as you proceed through the magnetometer. For any items that may need to be removed from your pockets, divesting bowls will be available and will be sanitized between each use.
– Touchless ticket scanners will be available to speed entry into Audi Field. Guest Experience personnel will be available to help as necessary.

– Face shields when not accompanied by a face mask
– Other face coverings deemed by Audi Field management as unacceptable
Guests that do not have an appropriate face covering upon arrival to Audi Field will be provided with a standard surgical mask.
– Audi Field, in partnership with our stadium cleaning company, will receive a deep clean prior to and after every event. This will include a detailed cleaning of all high traffic and high touch areas, as well as the seating bowl, using EPA List N products.
– During the match, cleaning personnel will actively clean all high touch surfaces, including doorknobs, railings, sinks, urinals, and other common areas.
– Hand sanitizer will be widely available for fans, including at entry gates both as you arrive and as you depart Audi Field.
