Each has 5 unlockable intimacy levels that result in a stronger Moe Spirit. Each level requires certain unlock conditions. While these conditions vary per level, each requires a max intimacy exp bar. This is fulfilled by playing the Intimacy Mini-game. At release there were 13 Moetans to collect.
Moe Spirits are passive bonuses applied to certain aspects of character progression. These are obtained by capturing and leveling Moetans via intimacy. CP (the hearts used for Intimacy) regenerates to full every 4 or so hours after use. Minor amounts of CP can be gained from beating certain floor bosses (every 5 or 10) and from the fairy's Chests.
