Atlantix Staff Rules
mar 2020
Atlantix's mission is to offer an innovative technological infrastructure that allows companies to better involve and enhance people.
Atlantix is a platform that helps manage the relationships and digital collaboration processes between suppliers and customers in a simple, controlled way, and at the lowest prices on the market.
In order to be attractive in an extremely fierce context such as today's social network platforms, it is necessary to have a strong competitive advantage over others. Atlantix's main competitive advantage lies in its internal structure and its rules, which determine its functioning.
The entire system is supported by its own community through the meritocratic and real-time redistribution of the revenues obtained from monetizing the services on the platform.
Within the platform, people can apply to fill different roles, each of them linked to different tasks that guarantee their monitoring and regular operation. The redistribution of revenues takes place through a bonus system linked to the performance that the individual community actors generate within the same community.
Within the Atlantix community, one of the most important roles is played by staff members. The staff members, unlike the other users, are a special body that works for Atlantix and has the task of taking care of the community.
The Staff represents the reference point for Atlantix citizens and takes care of all the processes necessary for the control and protection of people and transactions on the platform.
The Staff is a single and united body, with many specializations within it but the same rights.
The organization chart representing Atlantix's structure is composed of concentric circles representing the various classes of people (Citizens, Staff, Rulers) in the hierarchical levels that differentiate them.
All roles are filled by community users.
The Staff is divided hierarchically within the organization chart based on the level of the team of which you are a member.
For each hierarchical level there is a maximum number of teams that can be part of it.
Each Staff Member is valued based on the team to which he belongs with three types of credits: Staff credits, Merit credits and the Final Bonus.
Staff credits depend only on the level of experience within the organization and on the responsibility obtained and are identical for all members of the same team who belong to the same hierarchical level.
The Merit credits are instead meritocratically divided in proportion to the ranking generated by its Members within the team.
The ranking of merit within the Staff Teams is automatically generated by the system or by other Staff Members based on an objective evaluation parameter and which depends on the role.
The Final Bonus, on the other hand, represents a daily bonus calculated on the basis of the global revenues of the platform and which represents the prize for the Staff Members who decide to leave the Staff permanently.
Being calculated on all company revenues, it will be a bonus that will grow over time based on the size of the community.
Joining the Atlantix staff is very difficult and requires passing a selection consisting of several phases.
The goal is to select only the best people for this organization, i.e. the purest of heart and inclined to take care of others, as well as having to be the most prepared from an aptitude point of view.
What does aptitude selection mean?
Apart from some technical roles (designers, developers) most of the roles can be covered by anyone, without having particular requirements, but only thanks to their aptitude.
Attitude represents the inclination that already distinguishes us in real life.
It represents what we are good at and can be of many types:
be good at communicating
be good at selling
be good at organizing
be good at finding out
be good at understanding
be good at imagining
be good at writing
be good at speaking other languages
be good at making calculations
be good at talking
be good at teaching
At Atlantix it doesn't matter what work you do in the real world, but only what you are able to give in here.
Those who think they are not valued for one of these abilities can get involved and turn them into a career.
In addition to one of the attitudes and being respectful of other people, there are no other requirements to be part of the Atlantix staff.
Those who pass the selections obtain the status of Staff Member.
The status of Staff Member remains valid until the team is abandoned or expelled for violation of values.
Staff Member status allows members to apply freely for all the job roles reserved for Members and to be able to work for Atlantix when, where and how they prefer.
Staff members do not have fixed hours and do not have a physical workplace.
In order to avoid possible conflicts of interest, Staff Members are asked not to be part of or be responsible for business activities on the platform as long as they are part of the Staff.
In the staff selections, only the value and aptitude characteristics of the candidates are assessed. Other information regarding candidates is not used.
Within the Staff it will then be possible to train and learn to play a certain role through the Staff Academy.
The entire staff is divided into working teams of up to 7 people.
ATX's organization chart requires each team of 7 to be made up of managers from other teams of 7, such as a snowflake.
Each month on each team, the lowest ranked Staff Members are booked.
After three admonitions the team must leave.
Each Staff Member is free to apply freely to join any staff team even after exiting or exiting a team.
Automatic promotion is not included in the Atlantix organization chart.
To access a higher hierarchy role you must apply, train and pass the team access test.
To start, each team will need:
Dedicated Trello notice board
Team manager
Budget
Target
Kick-off meeting (where we align ourselves on what to do)
Weekly meeting of work progress organized by the manager
Any training material necessary to carry out the work
Roles
Team manager:
deals with solving the problems of its members, belongs to a higher level of hierarchy, is assessed on the performance of the team it administers, cannot affect the hiring or layoffs of its subordinates, is responsible for fixing meetings between team members (weekly, daily).
Operations Manager:
takes care of solving the problems on the flows reported by the team manager, takes care of drawing up the rankings, takes care of the remuneration.
Coordinator:
he is chosen in order of priority among the best performers in the team, he is in charge of helping others in difficult decisions, he is in charge of being a spokesperson in other teams.
Member:
is part of an operational team.
To facilitate team departure and growth we will also work together with people who are not part of the staff. Some collaborators will be able to help us temporarily. They will then be officially integrated into the Staff after any selections have been passed.
The first staff teams that will be created will be:
Strategy
Test
Assistance
Communication
Crypto
Safety
Training
Customers and partners
Development
Design
Each member can be part of multiple teams, based on the dedicated commitment and the amount of credits they wish to obtain.
For example, a Staffer who is good at using Photoshop can be part of both the design team, the communication team and the training team.
Redistribution of revenues within the community

During the month of February there will be selections for new entries in the Staff.
Those interested can apply without restrictions during the dedicated activities.
