Associate Project Manager
Digital nomads. Work from anywhereCompany: Braun Management
Braun Management helps executive teams solve organizational problems that have become too internal to fix through rigorous analysis and evidence-backed conclusions. We focus on uncovering the structural truths that hinder growth, providing leadership teams with a clear, written path forward.
The Associate Project Manager role exists to support our consulting teams during a significant engagement for a major Italian infrastructure group based in Rome. This position is fully remote and centers on organizing data, managing timelines, and ensuring that our documentation meets the high standards of precision required for a project of this scale. You will work closely with senior consultants to help the client address organizational friction and clarify decision rights across their operations.
What You Will Do
* Maintain project schedules and track the progress of various workstreams within the infrastructure project to ensure all milestones are met.
* Compile and organize internal documents into clear, written summaries for our consulting teams.
* Monitor data collection efforts to ensure that all evidence-backed conclusions are supported by accurate and relevant information.
* Coordinate remote meetings and prepare detailed minutes that reflect complex business discussions and organizational decisions.
* Proofread internal reports and client presentations to ensure formal language and technical precision.
* Assist in mapping out current decision rights and identifying areas where organizational friction occurs within the client hierarchy.
* Update internal project management tools to keep all team members aligned on upcoming deliverables and deadlines.
* Support the preparation of status reports that quantify project achievements and highlight potential risks to the timeline.
* Research specific regulatory or governance frameworks relevant to large-scale infrastructure projects to support consultant analysis.
What We Are Looking For
* A strong interest in how complex business systems and large-scale organizational structures function.
* Exceptional writing skills with an ability to communicate complicated ideas in plain, formal English.
* High attention to detail, specifically when reviewing data sets or lengthy consulting documents for consistency.
* The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying highly organized and productive.
* Basic familiarity with project management principles or digital tools used to track tasks and deadlines.
* Curiosity about European governance and the internal mechanics of large infrastructure companies.
* A degree or recent coursework in business, management, public administration, or a related field of study.
* Comfort with asking clarifying questions to ensure that work meets our internal standards for precision and clarity.
* A professional demeanor when coordinating with diverse team members across different time zones.
How We Work
We favor written documentation over constant video calls to ensure every decision is grounded in evidence and logic. Our team is dispersed across different regions, so we rely on clear, asynchronous communication to maintain momentum on our projects. This remote structure demands a high level of accountability and a commitment to producing high-quality work without the need for constant supervision. We believe that professional development comes from tackling difficult structural truths and providing clients with a clear, honest path toward improvement.
What We Offer
* Full-time employment in a professional, remote-first environment that values deep work.
* Competitive pay that is attractive and fair for an entry-level or junior position in the consulting market.
* Access to senior consultants with deep expertise in European business governance and structural analysis.
* Direct exposure to high-stakes projects involving a major international infrastructure organization.
* A work culture that prioritizes precision, honesty, and intellectual rigor over corporate trends.
* Opportunities to develop specialized skills in organizational design and professional project management.
This role is essential to providing the logistical and analytical support our consultants need to succeed in complex environments. By managing the details of our engagement with the infrastructure group based in Rome, you help uncover the truths that hinder their efficiency. Your work ensures that our advice remains evidence-backed and that the resulting written paths forward are both clear and actionable for the client. The contributions you make will directly support the clarity and accountability required for this large-scale project to reach its goals.
