Minimum Requirements
Applications will only be considered from candidates who can demonstrate:
* Existing client portfolio or evidence of business development success.
* 10+ years' experience in leadership, consulting, executive coaching, HR, organisational development or a related commercial role.
* Experience working directly with senior leaders, executives and leadership teams.
* An established professional network and a track record of generating business through referrals and relationships.
* Commercial awareness with experience of selling or influencing professional services.
* Strong facilitation, coaching or consulting skills.
* The ability to work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative partner network.
Preferred
* Experience delivering leadership development programmes.
* Experience with organisational culture, talent, performance or change.
* Comfortable working with SME and mid-market organisations.

Location: Remote – Work from anywhere in the world
Contract: Associate Partner (Self-employed / Independent Consultant)
Compensation: Revenue-share model (no fixed salary)
Working Pattern: Flexible

Remuneration is based on an agreed revenue-share model, making this opportunity best suited to experienced professionals with an entrepreneurial mindset and an established professional network.
