• KernelSU-Next: align manual hooks with upstream KSUN

• KernelSU-Next: Use scope-minimized manual hooks

• Enabled `CONFIG_TMPFS_XATTR` and `CONFIG_TMPFS_POSIX_ACL` if anycase someone will use Mountify or something needs these options.

• Except these, nothing changed in source. Actually changed too many things but you get it, same user configuration from Adrian's LineageOS Kernel.

• Obey GPL-v2 terms with open-sourcing kernel unlike others.
