My creepy ass sleep paralysis story

I woke up in the middle of the night and immediately knew something was wrong. There was this suffocating static noise around me and I could see things that would normally be out of my line of vision.(basically I could see from all sides)
For a moment, there wasn't a sleep paralysis demon there yet, probably bcs I hadn't yet realized I was having sleep paralysis but then, my dumb ass brain decided to think about the worst possible thing i could at the moment.
An old man appeared right next to my bed frame, peaking over the covers on my bed. (For visuals basically search "creepy old man" on pinterest.) His eyes were so far open it looked in-human, so far open that I could see the flesh above his eyeball.
When I looked at him the static noise increased dramatically, my vision blurred slightly more. I tried to ignore the suffocation of the noise and the man but my mind was constantly repeating to me "don'tmovedon'tmovedon'tmovedon'tmove" which only made the blurrness of my vision worst, the vision following suit.
Considering that this was the 2nd time I ever had sleep paralysis, I genuinely thought this was real.
A noise banged from the wall behind me. It was like a thousand people were knocking on a door, but instead right there on bedroom wall. My vision blurred so bad I could barely see, the static noise drowned out my previous thoughts of staying still.
I peacefully opened my eyes a moment later, almost as if nothing had happened. The static noise was gone, along with the old man, and the knocking on the wall. My vision wasn't blurred anymore, I turned on my TV.
Yeah. I'm definitely not sleeping tonight.
