Ashley Graham is no stranger to conquering feelings of vulnerability in front of the camera, having spoken out time and time again about the body-shaming she faces from all sides . Luckily for us, the model isn't shy about sharing her hard-earned wisdom when it comes to shutting out your critics and quieting that nagging self-doubt.
Graham's latest feat of inspiration came during a challenge on the current, revamped season of America's Next Top Model , where Graham has been serving as a judge alongside new host Rita Ora. For a recent episode, the contestants had to participate in a nude photo shoot, and the prospect left some of them more than a little camera-shy.
Thankfully, while Graham knows a thing or two about exactly how nerve-wracking it can be to put your so-called imperfections on display, she also knows how good it can feel to do so anyways, so the model stepped out from behind the judge's desk to lead by example.
Showing the ladies exactly how it's done, Graham posed for a nude shoot herself—that is, if you don't count the glam layers of pearls she was draped in.
After she finished modeling how to, well, model, Graham gave the anxious newcomers a characteristically motivating pep talk. In a clip from the episode, courtesy of EW , the It Girl du jour can be seen telling them, "So you guys obviously saw that I just did this ... I've got curves, I've got cellulite, I've got things that I don't like about myself or that people have told me I shouldn't like about myself. So any of you who feel self-conscious right now, remember, I just took all of my clothes off. So own your confidence."
Ashley Graham may technically be a judge, but we'd say she's also a pretty killer mentor.

And Ashley Graham celebrated her naked frame once again by posting a fully nude shot of herself in a yoga camel pose on Friday.
The 32-year-old model garnered gushing praise for the photo that earned over 870K likes within its first three hours of posting.
Comedienne pal Whitney Cummings wrote: 'My new screensaver,' while supermodel Helena Christensen dropped the sentiment 'Two beautiful humans' next to a couple of heart emojis.
Fellow model Emily Ratajkowski was even enamored, dropping a few heart-eyed emojis in the comments.
Ashley announced that she and husband Justin Ervin were expecting in August 2019 with an adorable Instagram post.

Shot by photog Mario Sorrenti entirely in black and white and with minimal retouching, Ashley appears as confident and comfortable as ever wearing nothing but a sheer mesh top. And in other pics, she’s wearing even less.
In the story accompanying the striking images, Ashley spoke out about maintaining a healthy body image with Black-ish star Tracee Ellis Ross, a topic the supermodel discusses at length in her upcoming book A New Model: What Confidence, Beauty, and Power Really Look Like.
“I wake up sometimes and I feel like the fattest person alive, but I’m not going to let that affect the rest of my day,” she told Ross. “Say to yourself, ‘I like this day. I am bold, I am beautiful, and I am brilliant.’ For me, that hits the interior, the exterior, and it makes me feel smart.”

What better way to celebrate National Nude Day than with a naked snap on Instagram? That's exactly what supermodel Ashley Graham did on Friday as she took to social media to share a sexy photo from her recent cover feature for ELLE France .
Touted as a phenomenon who is revolutionizing body activism, the feature shoot showcases Ashley's flawless figure. This particular black and white snap leaves little to the imagination, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
Despite having once told SwimDaily that she wouldn't "do nip and bush," the former SI Swimsuit cover model revised her stance on posing nude last month.
"You know, my thing is: If it’s vulgar, and it’s, like, me grabbing my breasts and showing nipple, I’m not going to do it," Ashley explained when asked what's changed. "When I said, 'I don’t do nip and bush,' I didn’t feel like I had to be specific as to what kind . So you might even see more nipple coming up. But trust me: You will never see my vagina!"
