Artificial Girl 3 is the third and most successful part among Artificial Girl games. The movements of the girls are more natural and the facial expressions do not make you question the mental health of the fair sex. Inside the game you can still find three-dimensional models of girls, which you can change.
The character editor allows you to customize literally everything, from facial features to character traits. This is akin to Artificial Girl 3 to the world of The Sims series of games, but a more erotic version of it. Create any girls that will inhabit a small town with you. The editor even allows you to create famous anime characters and their own character. Depending on the character traits you choose, it will be easier or harder to get the girls to like you.
However, it helps to achieve and create romantic scenes in a small town. The map is small, but it has locations where dating can greatly improve the relationship with the girl you like. The town map consists of:
Character traits shape girls' preferences and tastes. For some, a date in a temple will be much more successful than one on the waterfront. Also, special character traits can make a girl a nymphomaniac or very unavailable. Such features are worth considering if you are going to play for the sake of erotic scenes. Which, by the way, will be exactly as much as the player wishes. However, they will be available only after seducing the desired girl. If you have found your destiny, the other girls will forget about you.
Artificial Girl 3 is a god and a dream come true simulation of the perfect girl in a perfect relationship. Each girl has three seperate moods.

Each of these items is associated with it's own number in the js3csd file.
Different activities modify the levels of each mood, both positively and negatively. The highest mood +- some is used to give the color. Because of this it is possible to go from Blue to Red without passing through Green. H actions modify Love, spending time modifies Friendship hugging modifies Friendship mostly. Reverse hugging (hugging from behind) modifies Love. So with many reverse hugs it is possible to go straight from blue to red. The "Lewd" personality trait allows H-actions to quickly bring a girl into a red state as well.

The icons on the bottom left of the screen indicate your girl's location and mood. Modifying the moods changes the colors.

EXCEPTIONS are girls with the Lewd trait, in which watching you have sex with another girl, walking in on her while she is urinating and walking in on her while she is bathing will affect her mood in a POSITIVE way.

The changes are not that obvious so you might not really notice. The key thing is to do activities with each girl and spend time with them. Ignoring a girl and doing things to make her unhappy will have a negative impact. Her personality traits can magnify/alter the affects and reactions.

Note that different traits appear to affect what a girl will do with a different colored icon. For example, sex still seems possible with a girl who has a blue icon, but have the Strong Sexual Appetite and Sensitive trait (other trait combinations allow this, as well).

In addition to the color, there are also kanji characters inside the mood icons. Each icon represents one of the girls currently in your world, and the kanji character tell you the current location of that girl. If an icon is highlighted, it means that that girl is in the same location as you.

Means that she's not comfortable with you hugging or kissing her.

Note: It is possible to get the girl to access the H-scene with only the blue icon ONLY if the girl has a Lewd personality (other personalities are unconfirmed).

The green color indicates that the girl likes you. She will allow you to hug her and when worked a bit she will let you kiss and eventually do her (what positions are available depends on where you approach her, behind, front, in bed etc.). She will also not leave a room as randomly. She'll stay in the room and wait for you.

The red color indicates that the girl in question loves you. In this state, girls with any type of personality trait will enter into H-mode.

The yellow color indicates that the girl in question has entered a "jealous" state.

Note : The more girls that are in your world, the longer it takes to increase each girl's state to the red "love" state. In addition, each of the girls' states can revert back from red to green and from green to blue if you ignore her for too long, or if you do things to displease her (such as walking in on her while she's undressing/naked in the bathroom).

Esc : Displays Quit menu (left icon quits game, right icon resumes game)

F1 : Options and configurations menu

2 : Toggle man's penis on and off YAA!

3 :Toggle clothes of man on and off

4 : Hide environment static environment (turns all objects in a room black so player can see where the girl is)

7 : Toggle display bar at the left corner of the female characters location and status

8 : Toggle exclamation mark appearance above the man

Mouse Button 1 : Perform Certain Action (as per location of the mouse, i.e., over the lips kissing, to maintain keep mouse button 1 pressed) * if asked a question, mouse button 1. also represents "Yes" reply"

Mouse Button 2 : used to deline actions, and answer "No" to questions.

Mouse Wheel * : During Echhi *H mode, sex acts* using the mouse wheel well start the specificed action / increase the speed. (i.e., during missionary position, it will make your character speed up, its penetration)

Left click : Interacts with environment when ! is displayed on mans head (i.e. It will open doors, lay the man on the bed, or make him sit on an static object) or makes man sit on the floor by default.

right click : makes the man call for any female characters in the room at default

Mouse movement : Controls direction of camera while moving

Middle mouse button or Ctrl + right/left click or Home / End : adjust camera center and zoom (mouse scroll adjusts zoom)

Space bar : Changes camera to player's face (first person mode)

F11/PrintScrn : takes a screen capture and stores it in in data/cap directory of the installation folder

. : Tilts screen spinning clockwise

\ : Tilts screen spinning counterclockwise

Num Pad buttons 2,4,6,8 rotates and 5 resets default

M : Switches camera perspective between the player and the females in the same room
