The Solution to the Low Salaries and Wages in the Country Lies with the Banks.

The SME sector in Malaysia creates 70% of employment in the country. The irresponsible banks putting self-interest over nation's interest extends only 16% of loans/money to the SME sector. This creates an employers' market for jobs. Too few jobs being chased by too many people.

To raise wages and salaries you need to make the banks reverse the ratio - i.e. banks give 84% of loans/money to the SME sector to reverse the employers' market for jobs.

When jobs chase people Malaysians will begin to earn decent salaries and wages. Banks love to be national Chettiars giving 65% of loans/money to personal loans, credit cards and similar, making their shareholders rich and their nation suffer.

Why are we beholden to the banks? Didn't the nation give them the right to create money? Shouldn't they be more responsible? Join us at Movement for Monetary Justice to end this injustice to the people, and to wake up our national leaders from their slumber.
