In your case each African country cannot rise above themselves to see how African countries can combine and cooperate to outdo scavenging economic superpowers. In my case the political parties fight each other on insignificant trivialities, the media as equally clueless narrators, and Economic advisers live from Jurassic Park unable to dislodge their historical baggage of misknowledge and in any case thriving and championing the kingdom of Riba.
