We are Vice Regent of Allah swt on earth. Khalifahtul Ardh is only guided by the Quran and Sunnah.
We started leaving the Quran and Sunnah when the British landed in 1786. They could never separate us from our religion. The only thing they can do is to separate us from the two books our Prophet s.a.w asked us to hold on to, come what may.
We never had a chance. Islam peaked in the Golden Age of Islam when Muslims were guided fully only by the Quran and Sunnah. We mastered Quranic Arabic and did Scientific research direct into the Quran. We led the World in Science and Technology.
I don't know what happened but by 1786 our prowess had waned. The Europeans rose. Because they hated the Church as govt, they toppled it and removed the Creator from life and knowledge.
They came to Malaya and the colonies. Our scholars could not resist them. Our leaders emulated them. We adopted their education and monetary systems and election system.
Now bro, khalifahtul ardh appoint rulers the Caliphate way. The best in religion and worldly leadership is Khalifah and he indicates his successor.
Khalifahtul ardh do not participate in party and democratic elections where the most popular and not the most knowledgeable is chosen leader. A body of Scholars/Elderly Leaders endorse the chosen number one leader. He does not need to fight through party elections.
When political parties are not led by khaliafahtul ardh material, lacking in knowledge this way or that way, you can't expect the best of leaders from the Malay Muslim parties.

Ask yourself what we need to do to produce the Khalifahtul Ardh leaders we, so long for?
