Art and Culture Programs Assessed Based on International Experience

In Uzbekistan’s higher education institutions, art and culture study programs are being accredited with the active involvement of highly qualified foreign experts who possess extensive international experience.

One such expert is Lelia Pirvan Rus, Director of the Constanța Art Museum in Romania and a distinguished art historian. Alongside her leadership role at the museum, she also serves as a professor at Ovidius University of Constanța.

Dr. Lelia Pirvan Rus’s many years of academic and practical experience play an important role in enhancing the quality of education in the fields of art and culture in Uzbekistan and in introducing international standards.
