This is my first COVID-time massage and I'm happy about this place. It's little hard to fully relax when you're wearing a mask, but overall I had a great 60-minute full-body massage. My masseuse was REALLY good and she truly knew what she's doing. She got all my tense spots down! I would totally book with her again (but unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name). The service was great. The lady who took care of me was friendly but not too chatty. I will definitely come back.
Every time I called to schedule an appointment for my Groupon, I was told "Oh, I'm driving I'll have to call you back." "Oh, I'm eating I'll have to call you back." "Oh, I don't have the schedule, I'll call you right back." but I've never received a call back. They were really helpful until I mentioned I had a Groupon and then suddenly there was no availability for over a month. I finally just asked Groupon to refund my money so I don't have to deal with them.
I couldn't get an appointment at my usual Elements in Vienna. I saw the Art Massage deal and figured it's near my house so let's give it a try. It was all downhill after that. My appointment was for 7:30 pm on the 24th. They called to confirm on the 23rdand insisted my appointment was for 8:30. I wrote it down in 3 different places - 7:30. They changed it to 7:30 on the 25th. I arrived at 7:15 - good thing! A guy walked in a few minutes later - they double-booked us. Then, the lady tried to get me to wait until 8:00, the guy left, she called someone and kept asking "are you on your way?" The whole thing is too long to write. We finally started around 7:45. She never asked what to work on, pressure (after 2 LOUD ouches!), she let up a bit. The tables aren't heated, and I was cold from the AC. At least, she gave a decent massage. I'm NEVER going back. The whole experience was really aggravating - the opposite of why you're there. It was such a lousy experience that, as I dressed, I thought about just walking out with ZERO tip. My conscience got the better of me, and I left $10. One important plus - after asking at least 6x, I finally found out that everyone is vaccinated.
This place is EXTREMELY unprofessional. I call the first time and immediately informed them of my group on and the lady on the phone (She did not give her name) told me to call back friday(day before I wanted my appointment) I waited 2 days (Because I saw a review from someone who went through the same ordeal) and called again this time I was able to make her agree to schedule me for Saturday at 12PM.. I did not mention the group on until the end of the booking. Her whole mood and attitude changed. She became extremely quiet, then proceeded to tell me that nothing was available. When I called her on her BS, she then said I would have to come at 10AM and not 12PM. She couldn't even provide me with any form of confirmation. I refused to even deal with it so I traded in the Group On to go somewhere else.
Scammers. Booked a massage, facial, foot detox package for my wife's birthday and when my wife arrived they informed her they weren't doing any services except massage and argued about what I had paid for. They also mandated a minimum tip of 35% for the two hour service and they pass on all credit card fees to the customer. They have no electronic record keeping and texted me a grainy picture of a printed receipt.
Massage itself was great, she was able to get the knots out. However, my spouse had to deal with the lady having a full conversation with someone else on the phone and setting up appointments. When I tipped out $10 the lady laughed and said no my standard tip is $15.
My daughter took me here today and it was very unprofessional. They lady made a phone call in the middle of my massage then rushed me out because the next appointment was in the waiting room. Then when we went to tip $10 out of respect we were told the standard tip is 15$.
I have been here more than once, mostly due to convenience, and previously had an ok experience. However today I had absolutely awful and unprofessional service and will never be back.
Horrendouse service. If Im spending my time and hard earned money for a service, I would expect to get the services offered at the very least. They were unable to locate our appointment until we pointed out our information on their book. Turns out they took in some customers and gave away our appointment. Ended up waiting another hour. Another couple was late getting their appointment as well. Not only were we both wasting our time waiting, this place had the nerve to let them go ahead of us and it was the other customer who actually asked about us. Service - negative 10 Massage - 6/10. You can certainly get better massages else where and not deal with their unprofessional incompetency DO NOT GO!! WASTE OF TIME!! SAVE YOURSELF AND GET YOUR PEACEFUL RELAXING MASSAGE AT A MORE DESERVING LOCATION.
Just had a great massage from Lulu. The place is clean, friendly staff. She eliminated the knot I had in my upper back/shoulder. I will definitely be back.
