For the beginning lets briefly sum up the results of the 2023?
We’ve went from IDOs to Kucoin listing, we’ve done quite a lot progress with our fiat beta version that passed 100k installs, we’ve the launched the Arenum beta league that showed some nice results. So I consider this year to be productive, anyway the bear market and macro situation make us to react doing some adjustments in our strategy.
ARNM token went down to $0,02 at the same time we have a small market cap that is easier to grow than a bubble one😅
So we plan to make 2023 the year of green candles :)
2 QUESTION
During the bear market 80-90% of coins will die, how do you intend to prevent this situation to $ARNM?
We were very fast to react to changing situation due to the help of our advisers😅 We’ve reduced the costs gradually to be strong enough and to stay alive during the bear market
We’ve reduced:
- the salaries
- marketing expenses
- market making expenses
- we’ve fired the part of the team and have financial discipline that prevents us of unnecessary steps
We are very restrained in all expenses and are very picky spending money.
Arenum has enough resources to stay alive for upcoming 18 months without any revenue.
This means we will stay alive during the bear and will have resources to scale when the bull run starts
We are very attentive with the spendings and aks if this spending will help us in the long term or not
3 QUESTION
Why don’t you add new listings? Shall we wait for the new exchanges except Kucoin?
The answer to this question will be connected with the previous one
Top 10 CEX charge $400k+ for the listing. Those who are Top20 - ask for $50-100k, lower - $10-40k. I see no reason to pay this money.
During the bear new listings will not bring us much liquidity, but will cost us much USDT. I see no chance to cover this expenses at the current market. This is complete absurdity to cut off several months of the runway just put a tick: «we are listed over there».
In addition we’ll face the deposit, locked liquidity for the market making and market making expenses.
To sum up: you pay for the listing just to get more expenses and die faster🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Besides there is a tip: if we launch the viral product and collect alive community all these exchanges like: Gate, Bybit, OKX, Huobi - they will list us for free.
So our goal is to become interesting enough to get listed for free or with a big discount🤔
Otherwise it is just the burning of the funds
4 QUESTION
What about staking? When will you launch this feature.
Staking by itself is not a feature. Giving high APY will bring more additional tokens on the market, that means it will cost more resources to control the price. In the short term it will give us some benefits but in mid term and long term - this will become a problem for the community
Besides, imagine that VCs will stake several millions tokens for the APY - such supply will be really hard to swallow
We’ll launch staking features powered by product utility, afterwards we’ll launch staking for APY, but not now.
Currently we are greedy for the resources otherwise we’ll be dead during the bear.
The firts staking features will appear in Jan 2023, but it will be connected with the product utility

What plans do you have for 2023?
- In the mid of Jan we’ll launch big event with 10k USDT prise
- We plan to launch loud partnerships with some blockchains
- We plan to launch the Arenum app, which will be based on the experience of the fiat beta
- We'll launch marketing, PR and growth hacking activities

1. We have enough funds to stay alive for the upcoming 18 month without any revenue. This means that we'll have enough resources to stay alive till the next bull run and to scale the product and community
2. We have a low MC ~200к and ~2М Fully diluted that means we have big growth potential to realise. Giving 1000x during the upcoiming 2-3 years is a job to be done and current low MC is an argument that makes it possible
3. IDO investors are already mostly out with some good money (if they were smart to sell at the right time), VCs have already unlocked significant part of their tockens. This means that the sell pressure will become lower and it will be easier to grow
4. We know how to use market opportunities. Stay tuned and we'll launch lots of crazy viral staff
5. We'll be working a lot with community after the product launch as it was done before the IDO and listing. We'll be growing together 💚
