Area F4 2nd COT

📝Effective training for club officers is one of the most critical parts of any district’s mission. Without properly trained officers, clubs cannot meet members’ needs or introduce the benefits of Toastmasters to others. Club officer training is also vital to leadership development.

🎯Following this mission Area F4 conducted the second round of club officer training for club officers. It has been conducted on February 6th, 2022, online via Zoom.

📚Our training started from welcoming words of Area F4 Director Kanat Bazaraly, who also shared with officers about available district roles for upcoming toastmaster year, what they do and how can apply to them. 

💡Next, Yerlan Meirbek highligted tips and tricks of achieving Distinguished toastmaster award. 

🧾Assistant Area F4 Director Program Quality Damir Naurozbayev gave an overview of general rules of conducting speech contests.

📸Second part of training started by Manon Cassara who shared her tips on effective SMM tools. 

💰Area Treasurer Yadykar Abdirakhmanova gave general fincancial oversight and 📈Zhuldyz Amanzholova shared her tips of maintaining good membership.
