Are "morality" and "ethics" static?

Question: Does the mantra of the Conception of Societal Security “All events occur in the best possible way according to personal morality” (and, we could add, to the ethics of all participants in the process –  presenter’s remark) point to the same goal as other similar mantras, such as “Every government is established by God”, “People deserve the government they have”, “Whatever is done is for the better”? The goal of all these incantations is to convince people to accept the existing status quo, isn’t it?

Valery Viktorovich: First, everything [in this question] seems to be mixed into one pile.

Each of the phrases could be analyzed [separately], but I will answer briefly: “No, it isn’t.”

All events occur in the best possible way according to real morality and ethics of all participants in the process. 

Who said that “morality” and “ethics” are static concepts?

Can’t you observe yourself how the concepts of “Good” and “Evil” are changing throughout the whole history? 

Something acceptable, let’s say, in society based on slavery, in antiquity, became unacceptable in Middle Ages.

Middle Ages [moral and ethics] are not acceptable in contemporary world. 

Everything is developing, everything is changing. 

Do you understand?

Does it mean that the contemporary ethics of social relationships is similar to the one in Middle Ages or antiquity? 

Of course not. And here everything is changing, too. 

When people change, they change the whole world as well.

And the greater number of people participate in this process, the more people change the world and the faster is the process.

So, that means, it is absolutely not the case.

Therefore, if you want to improve the world, if you want to protect interests of yourself, your family, you simply must possess the knowledge that could ensure pursuing your interest. 

And this knowledge is only Sufficiently General Theory of Governance, papers of Internal Predictor of the USSR, Conception of Societal Security. 

That’s what you need to study. Then you will become conceptually powerful and will protect your family’s interests. 

But, again! Knowledge must be adopted. This doesn’t work – if someone else had learned lessons of life on your behalf and then [you use] these lessons of life... 

You know, nowadays there is a very bad thing called “answer key for pupils”.

Yes, you wrote the correct answer for the teacher, but in real life you haven’t figured out, you don’t understand how it comes about in real life.

And if you did not figure out, you will find yourself under attack once a critical situation occurs.

This has to be adopted. You have to take up the knowledge to make it yours. 

A going foot is aye getting.

When it comes to this, nothing venture, nothing gain. 

It is necessary to work, work and again work. You have to study. 

Do you understand what a programme once a week means?

Well, we’ve been shooting them less frequently recently, nonetheless we will come to this level and will change the quality.

There will be more. Since the media won’t do this, we have to push. But this is not the point.

You encounter huge number of challenges in your life. Not only foreign policy [challenges], or some commonwealth issues. 

You have large number of real-life problems that you must cope with. 

If you know Sufficiently General Theory of Governance, Conception of Societal Security, you can educe cause and effect, determine what comes from where, you will ensure high-quality protection of interests of yourself and your family.

But if you don’t know [these things], you will always become victim. So, everybody has their own reason why they need it. 

To simply listen to the programme is interesting. Well, I can’t explain everything.

Regarding Trump, regarding killing of Givi, Motorola. I can’t do everything – it is so much information!

And again, returning to such a situation… Can nobody see the analogy between what has happened to the Third Reich and what they attempt to do with Russia? 

After all during the last month the process unfolds at full speed, simply full speed. Here is the thing. Again, regardless whether participants in this process do or do not understand, the point is the following. 

When they were breaking backbone of the Germans, crushing of the Second Reich did not allow to drain all the stability of the system. Similarly, crushing USSR 1.0 failed to exhaust the stability of the USSR system.

As the Third Reich was needed to simply wipe it out, now USSR 2.0 is needed. 

Do people understand this or not?

You can create USSR 2.0 and have some gains. Or you can build it the way that makes Japanese prime minister stand at attention before the U.S. Secretary of Defense, when he arrives to Japan, and report: “We’ll do whatever it takes. Everything you say.”

What level is this, to report to Secretary of Defense?

Or take chancellor Merkel. Defense minister von der Leyen received “indications” from Washington, and immediately leaked everything. Sort of there was a briefing, etc. 

And when they address Merkel, she says: “I am not informed.” And at once defense minister is like: “Oh, sorry, I didn’t inform you.”

You are the ones who determine state policy! You are the ones who determine state policy.

It is the chancellor who should give you orders, it is not you to inform [her] that you’ve received some orders from Washington. That’s how it should be!

What will come next? Everything depends on people.

One serves their own interests to the measure of their understanding, while to the measure of non-understanding one serves the interests of someone, who knows and understands more. 

And all events occur in the best possible way according to real moral and ethics of all participants in the process.

Everything will develop in the way it will be lined up. 

So I can only say: learn from works of Internal Predictor of the USSR, keep working on yourself and this knowledge will protect you through your whole life.

Valeriy Viktorovich: Well, if so, we will just say goodbye and remind that drowning people can only be saved by their own hands.

If you don’t work in your own interest yourself, maybe nobody else will.

And, in any case, another person will serve their interests according to their measure of understanding and their own measure of understanding of your interests. 

Therefore, in order to become conceptually powerful, you should learn from the works of the Internal Predictor of the USSR. Be conceptually powerful.
