Authorities say a 15-year-old Delaware girl is dead after a man she met on Facebook allegedly stabbed her more than 50 times this week and then set her body on fire to cover his tracks, PEOPLE confirms. Philadelphia police revealed the details of Sabriya McLean’s slaying in a news conference on Thursday. McLean, from New Castle, Delaware, had been reported missing by her family on Monday, according to TV station WCAU . Investigators say the teen met up with the suspect, 23-year-old Cole Swaringer-Herring, in Philadelphia on Monday night while both of his parents were out, station WPVI reports . But when they returned, he allegedly told them what he’d done.
