Are ATMAN and MISA independent? Come on!

The ATMAN Federation has several member schools worldwide, providing teaching materials and training for the teachers.

All of its member schools are organized independently according to their local legislation, holding full responsibility for their decisions and activities. Atman Federation is not responsible and not accountable for the private life of students and teachers of the member schools. 🔗

MISA press release: 

We specify again that MISA organizes yoga courses only in Romania – the yoga school in France being an independent entity, with its own management and organization, even though both are part of Atman – the International Federation of Yoga and Meditation, along with other yoga schools around the world. 🔗

I mean, you see, ATMAN is not MISA, which is an "independent entity"...

MISA announcement:

The action will be organized in halls (in a spiral) and will also be broadcast online on MISA TV, with translations on all available foreign language channels, i.e. English, Hungarian, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Czech, Portuguese.

Colleagues from schools abroad are asked to contact the secretariat of the Atman Federation for further details. 🔗

So the ATMAN Federation itself, together with all the schools in its composition 🔗, all of these have their own websites, but each of them only presents information of general interest, articles on general topics as well as announcements.

But neither the Federation nor the schools have their own television channels!

When it comes to live conferences and shows, there is a unique TV channel, MISA TV!

Also, neither the ATMAN Federation nor the member schools do not have an "information" and "formation" page UP TO DATE, like YogaEsoteric. In fact, ALL the information on the media channels of the umbrella organization ATMAN and the schools under the umbrella are taken from https://yogaesoteric.net/, https://misa.yoga/ and https://misatv.ro/english/!

It is the same with the courses of any kind from these schools.

Why? Very simple: for the information to the INTERIOR to be controlled! Only MISA channels broadcast "authorized" information!

Moreover, Bivolaru has practically established an information monopoly, threatening civil and even criminal actions against those who download and broadcast content from MisaTV, I quote:

Attention, very attention! Please listen carefully to our announcement!

We wish to inform you from the very beginning of the hearing of this conference of ours that we have decided - given the immense wickedness shown by some persons who use for evil, tendentious, abject, defamatory, slanderous, cunning and hostile purposes the partial or whole contents of these conferences, either to give themselves miserable publicity, or to unleash scandal, agitation and enmity - that the use, even of brief quotations or extracts, but also copying - either audio, written or by no it matters what other existing means - of the content of these conferences, over which we have the right of copy-right which is already established by law, are strictly prohibited.

Any person who falls into these categories and who will nevertheless violate these clear, firm stipulations, is hereby notified in advance that he will be financially and even criminally responsible for any such act, according to the laws in force.

So these threats are not only intended to control information to those outside, but also to ensure that publicly disseminated information will not be used in ways unfavorable to MISA!

The following are added to those presented:

⬧ all ATMAN schools use the Integral Esoteric Yoga and Tantra courses written by Gregorian Bivolaru 🔗, which have not ended even now, therefore ALL ATMAN Federation's INSTRUCTORS are STILL CURRENTLY STUDENTS of BIVOLARU, i.e. of the Romanian school, MISA, even if they attend these courses in their countries!

”Since even the first series of MISA/ATMAN yoga courses is not over yet, THERE IS NO GRADUATES. Therefore, INSTRUCTORS CANNOT TEACH as YOGA TEACHERS OUTSIDE the ATMAN Federation and this is a way of keeping them captive within the Federation! If any instructor dares to leave the organization and teach yoga on their own, their accreditation is revoked.” (see proof here 🔗)

⬧ the recently arrested Mihai Stoian 🔗, prosecuted by French justice for complicity in crimes committed under the umbrella of ATMAN, is the coordinator of courses and instructors OUTSIDE Romania (yoga 🔗, tantra 🔗, video 🔗), but not from Romania!

In Romania, only MISA has jurisdiction, which is therefore an exception within the ATMAN Federation:

"Mihai Stoian only has a formal title of senior teacher, because he coordinates the training programs of the ATMAN instructors, who get their instructor certificate from him, but Stoian himself is still a student of MISA."

⬧ The ATMAN Federation was initiated by Gregorian Bivolaru and Mihai Stoian, I quote from a statement by Stoian, made when MISA schools were excluded from international yoga federations:

We will not be discouraged by all this intrigues and we will continue to act developing the Atman International Federation of Yoga and Meditation, a federation with many schools embracing the teaching system offered by Grieg and under the patronage of this International Federation we will continue to organize congresses and spiritual events on the planetary level, promoting authentic yogic spiritual values.. 🔗

In fact, the ATMAN Federation was founded even before the MISA schools were accepted into the international yoga federations! Here is the chronology of events:

➢ on December 7, 2004, the company ATMAN - the INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION of YOGA and MEDITATION was registered in the UK, having the registration number 05306448 (to see the source, click on ”INCORPORATION” here 🔗, pdf 🔗).

The document shows that, at the time of its foundation, ATMAN had the same address as TARA YOGA CENTER, MISA's UK branch  archived 2008 🔗), respectively 58 Fallow Court Avenue, Finchley London UK N12 0BG,and the participating legal entities (subscribers) were the MISA branches in the UK, Denmark and Germany, which had the same previously mentioned address!

The first president of ATMAN, according to this document, was NICOLAE CATRINA (”person named as a director of the company”), who was also president of MISA at the time 🔗. Then in May 2005, a new director was appointed, the legal entity MISA itself, as seen here 🔗, click on ”19 May 2005 - New director appointed” (pdf 🔗).

➢ subsequently, on April 10, 2005, as a result of Bivolaru's obtaining political asylum in Sweden by the decision of the Swedish Supreme Court, MISA was admitted to the International Yoga Federation IYF, according to the diploma archived here 🔗, which was then removed from the MISA website (archive 🔗).

Seeing that the IYF invites MISA and its affiliates into its ranks, giving them an international authority, Bivolaru, Stoian and Catrina remained silent, so that the International Federation does not find out that the two tricksters have their own Federation, therefore they represented unfair competition!

ATMAN was therefore kept in reserve, "just in case...".

➢ on June 23, 2008, at the time of the exclusion of MISA and subsidiaries from the IYF 🔗 and EYO 🔗 as a result of the porn scandal 🔗, the ATMAN Federation is brought out of preservation and presented as a great international yoga federation.

By drawing the line and adding, it results ATMAN = MISA and ATMAN = BIVOLARU + STOIAN! 

So are ATMAN and MISA independent? Come on!
