BOMBAY.- La superestrella del cine indio Aamir Khan , uno de los actores más conocidos de Bollywood , y su esposa , la directora Kiran Rao, anunciaron este sábado su separación tras 15 años de matrimonio.
La famosa pareja de Bollywood emitió un comunicado indicando que su ruptura había sido decidida de común acuerdo, pero que criarían a su hijo juntos y seguirían sus trabajos en proyectos comunes.
"En estos 15 años, felices y juntos, hemos compartido una vida de experiencias, alegría y risas", dijeron. "Ahora nos gustaría comenzar un nuevo capítulo en nuestras vidas, pero no como marido y mujer, sino como co-padres y familia el uno para el otro", añadieron en el comunicado.
Amir Khan, gran estrella en su país natal, héroe de dos éxitos históricos en India, "3 idiotas" (2009) y "Ghajini" (2008), es también conocido en el extranjero por haber producido e interpretado "Lagaan", la película que hizo descubrir Bollywood al gran público occidental y que recogió una nominación al Oscar de la película extranjera en 2002.
El actor, productor y director, de 56 años, y su esposa, de 47 años, se casaron en diciembre de 2005.
Activista en causas humanitarias y políticas, Aamir Khan actuó en un remake del éxito hollywoodiense de 1994 "Forrest Gump", titulado "Laal Singh Chaddha", cuyo estreno está previsto para finales de 2021.

The BBFC stated that they would have to make edits to "a number of scenes of strong bloody violence", and the film was pre-cut prior to submission. However, the distributors had not edited the film enough in one scene, meaning that another 57 seconds were removed before achieving the desired '12A' certificate.

the movie strongly resembles with Once Upon A Time In Mumbai, hence being predictable with no climax. needless to say nawazuddin work being top notch. A must watch for shahrukh lovers. From the beginning of the movie till the end the two dialogues are used frequently making them cliché. direction and screenplay along with the story would have been better. the movie highlights the era of raees in fatehpura city of gujarat and how a typical honest cop chase him and gets him mahira kahan in her debut role does a great job
