NECA continues to blow our minds with their TMNT 1990 collection. Not only have they delivered the definitive action figures of those heroes in the half shell , but now, but they are also bringing us their human companions. And in stunning detail.
At the time of its launch, the TMNT 1990 line only boasted the Turtles, and Master Splinter. And in the time since, NECA has delivered The Shredder, The Foot Soldiers, and even Tokka and Rahzar from TMNT II . But until recently, April O’Neil and Casey Jones remained missing from the wave.
Fast forward three years, and finally, Casey Jones is finally getting released featuring the likeness of Elias Koteas. And April O’Neil is heading our way featuring the unmistakable features of Judith Hoag . Normally, this news alone would be enough to have us yelling COWABUNGA from the rooftops. But with the license to use the likeness of both actors firmly in the bag NECA is moving forward with an exceptional two-pack which is sure to delight fans everywhere.
The toy giant has shared images and details about their upcoming TMNT Movie April O’Neil and Casey Jones 2 Pack . The set features both characters from the farm scene in the original movie and comes with a ton of cool accessories. Included are three heads for Casey, two for April; alternate hands, a hammer, turtle wax, katana blade, pencil, and April’s drawings. Check out the official announcement below:

Wow. Another fantastic set. It has to be said, but NECA is knocking the TMNT collection out of the park just now. The screen-accurate Turtles were sensational, and The Shredder was aesthetically superb. And now, they’ve gone one better with April and Casey. These figures look to be worth every penny, and I for one cannot wait to add them to my collection.
Sadly, NECA is yet to share any pre-order links. Or even a price tag for that matter. But thankfully, they have confirmed a release date of January 2022, meaning pre-orders cannot be far away. So be sure to check back regularly for the latest updates.
